ive downloaded a few episodes and i wanna know how i save just one frame? thats called "scan art" right?

No. Taking a screenshot is NOT scanart.

Open it up in a program that will let you take screenshots of movie files and press Print Screen. I use Multimedia Fusion for this, as it has this function, although I'm sure there are other programs. After that, I just port it in to paint and save it.

And, like Anarchist said before - taking a screenshot is NOT scanart. Scanart is when you recreate a scene from Futurama using an imaging program.

You can take screenshots, using a grabber program. There are several to chose from, perosnally I use Grabber2k

You can get for free at download.com

Both CGEF, The Fry Hole and futurama-center.de have excellent tutorials on how to make scans.

you can use IfranView. just stop the video, click copy then paste.

If I was you, which doesn't seem apparent, I'd just go to "Can't Get Enough Futurama" check the episode guides and hope to get lucky first.
