Me as Futurama character! Please Look.

Hello there...well these pictures are my first attempt at the Futurama style. I found a picture of Leela and drew a light sketch of her basic body shape and then took out the Leela features such as her hair, the lipstick and of course the eye and added a touch of me, like the glasses and the clothing...I know they are rough...i didn't scan them i just used my dig. camera but hey they are a start...I'm hoping to get some color in them and hopeful make a comic...i think have some pretty good ideas for that...so some feedback would be greatly appreciated with the images.....thanks...

The shoes look a little too plain and clunky. And it looks like she's wearing pants under her skirt (is she?). The hair looks very "Fryish". You should make her left hand better, but overall it looks good.

I think the picture looks ok from far distance but if you check close on the screen you can really see how ugly those shoes and hands are. In my opinion the neck is quite strange too. Change something about this to make your pic look more professional!

On topic: Looks good treepixy. Overall great work. The shoes in the second one looks strange and you're either wearing an extremly thin shirt, or you forgot to erase the arm under the sleeve.
