Excellent work, Yorokobi. Looks great. The ponytail looks a bit too small, though.

Ah yes. Yery nice.  That's the overbite alright!

SIDEBAR:

What's the deal with people drawing Leela (and Amy for that matter) armed with guns?  They are almost never seen with guns.  The carreer chipulator would be a more realistic sidearm.  I guess that wouldn't be cool though.

First:
Overall, a good picture, Yorokobi. I think you nailed her overbite: Good job. Although I think you didn't get her proportions quite exactly right.
But, that's me talking. I can't draw a straight line. You,  at least, have enough talent to make the attempt.
Keep up the good work!

Erm... remember that little violent streak in Leela's personality?
She relishes the opportunity to beat the snot outta' someone who (she thinks) deserves it.
Drawing an armed Leela is one way of artistically expressing this.
Also, many people find Leela sexy, but I'm not a good judge of this. Consider the usage of a firearm as metaphore: A shapely, sexually appealing woman, provocatively dressed, armed with a large, powerfull, phallic symbol.
I've never understood the 'sex appeal' of powerfull firearms. I just don't get it.

First thanks a ton to everyones kind comments.

Now on the matter of composition.  The outfit Leela is in is a leather trench coat and vest that are taken from a picture of Claudia Black as "Aeryn Sun" (Erin Soon) from FarScape.  While Leelas not near the hardcore case that Aeryn is (was) their willingness to jam a gun or a boot heel (Aeryn wore clunky boots too at one time) in someones chest should they deserve it made me draw a mental connection between the too.  So, when I was deciding on a pose, I thought Leela might look cool in that wardrobe.

Of course seeing Leela as Trinity helped inspire me too.

My inspiration...

You know I thought I regonised that stance, the delectable Aeryn Sun.
Nice pic, ponytail is abit short mind but that's a  little thing that can be changed.
