With your newest page, reference was unnecessarily obvious. :nono:
Otherwise, great satire and continuity!

Why are nearly all of the characters so big and muscly? It's very... different. Great work, though. Must take ages to get those pages correct... Are you ever planning to color it once you finish the comic? Or are you just going to leave it blank? I suggest color, so things are easier to tell apart etc.

In fact, my characters are not so much stouter than in other cartoons (Simpsons are basically nearly as broad as high). It's just that -by using more details and giving the body more structure- they come off as more muscular than the "standard cartoon character".
About colour: Due to time restraints, I'd have to quit my job to do so. Pay me more than I earn now, then we can talk about it :P

Hm...and with the fanservice image, you complained about it not being obvious enough. Make up your mind what you really want, okay? :D

GedeWK>Just follow Ethernium's opinion. That's the most flattering one for me ;)

And @all>Also thanks for the praise :)

I will also have to announce a break from "30" . Due to time restrains, I cannot continue the comic right now, and I do not know wether I will be able to pick it up some time in the future...

Nope, just kidding :D But the next page will be an A3 one, followed by one of those big A2 pages. And -as these always take their time to be finished- there will not be an update this weekend

Page 75-78
(Image a tad too big for Peel, please click to view ful size on imageshack)

Is anyone else having trouble trouble seeing the non-shrunken images on Imageshack?  I enabled javaScript for it, but the zoom button, it does nothing...

Imageshack worked fine for me, but -for those experiencing trouble- I now also added a direct link via imgur.

Nice DW reference. Also, have Cahill's breasts grown, or were they always drawn so... voluptuously?

I contemplate to add Doc Who as running gag: Happily rushing towards his cameo when the signal "We need a Doctor" is given, to be shoved to the sides by a Futurama character.

Cahill's design is a take on "Stench and Stenachability". When she holds the Defibrilator under her breasts, they do grow in size (not only pushed up). So, when Smitty eyed her cleavage, it was a good opportunity to mirror that animation...well, maybe not error, but at least minor goof.

Yes. Please do add this as a running gag. Both the Doctor and the magical expanding breasts. Everything needs more of both of these things.

...and the magical expanding breasts.

You of all people should know that those are not breasts, those are Dalek Bumps... :D

Ah, yes. The Curse of Fatal Death, with Rowan Atkinson as the Doctor. It'd be nice to see a panel referencing that, if you can find a way to work it into the background. Maybe have somebody mention Tercerus and the... fragrant... inhabitants?

Amazing work once again Hein, I'm really amazing at how detailed the comics are and how amazing they're coming along. Can't wait for the next one.

I've not read any of this yet, and I'm quite surprised that it took me so long to discover, but these look really cool!  I can tell a lot of work was put into it.

Thanks. Well..as you can't wait, I'll try to upload another page today.

Thanks :) And -as you discovered "30" just now (it's been running since 16th march 2012), this means you should check the fanart thread more often. There is a lot of good stuff by other artists here :)

Two new pages? You're spoiling us, Hein. You should keep one in reserve, as a buffer for a week that you don't feel like updating.

Very nice background detail and whatnot on the very latest one. I feel like you're really hitting your stride. I'm hoping for another large spread panel before Xmas, personally.

Thx.
I must admit I am far from "spoiling" anyone, as I am way behind (my self made) schedule, I am afraid. Yet, if things go well, I might have another A2 page up this year.
Also, will try to finish another page today.
(For the same reason as already stated: When I announce a new page, I feel inclined to finish it. Otherwise, I'd feel like a big mouth who gets nothing acutally done...and there are already enough of that kind on the internet...;) )

Fantastic new page. But I think you have this "fanservice" thing backwards as to who should be naked. :p

Thanks:) Without giving away too much: Some of the next scenes will be based on characters being oblivious ;)

Must admit I only drew that joke for the Foghorn Leghorn cameo ;)

Fantastic new page. But I think you have this "fanservice" thing backwards as to who should be naked. :p

Thanks. I will do my best to objectify Leela, if you insist... ;) Oh yeah, and btw: After 2 more pages, an A2 spread panel will appear. I will try something new: None of the A2 pages elements will cover more than 25% of that page. Which means I can drew single pieces on A4 sheets, and put them together via computer using GIMP. Should that plan work, I do not have to copy an A2 page down to A4 for scanning, and can improve the quality of the large panels.

I guess this could be bumped. Is it 31 already?

I see that's a mass scene there now. Also, I like the concurrent storylines leading to opera.

Nice to see some folks are still reading the comic :)
Nope, it is still "30". (Btw...when looking at the cover, anyone got any idea what the number does refer to? Hint: The meaning is similar to the movie "300" which I will spoof in the comic).
Btw...when the opera is performed, slightly less than 50% (maybe 45%) of the comic will be finished.

Keep it up, Hein!
