I especially like your Hermes for some raisin. Not fond of Fry, he seemingly has an elf-ear due to the shape of his hair. But the Hermes brilliantly captures the essence of our favourite rastafarian accountant.

I should try elongating the Professor's head. Was hesitant to veer off of the circular head shape, but he has no hair so something must be done!

Didn't notice the Fry hair ear thing. Hmm, could fix that too if I end up not being lazy.

The old notion my art professor told me holds true, at least for me and my skills. The notion is that the more interesting/ugly someone is, the easier they are to draw. Eccleston definitely is unique and interesting (though I don't regard him as ugly). Tennant is impossibly difficult for me. It's a wonder I even accomplished that sketch.
