Leela tiring of her job at the Dept. of Scrawls, a rough.

I totally remember drawing taking less effort than this one did... :hmpf:

Amazing drawing!

And here is one that still remains my favorite picture I ever drew on a computer, Paint that is.

And yes, some of the old timers reappear when a show has returned, though I've been hovering around for a while. It happens, but everyone please remember its summer and theres not much to do when its raining!

Sailor suits all around.

I would suggest making Leela's nose larger and slightly rotating it anticlockwise, then lowering her pupil and raising Nibbler's so they are looking at each other more.

Nothing special or groundbreaking in terms of technique here, but I painted a panel from a certain Penny Arcade comic as a gift for a friend.

Not quite. Gabe, presumably in error, suggests eating "cold placenta sandwiches."

Thanks for the suggestions El-Man. It's really nice to get some feedback since I haven't been drawing Futurama characters for a long time.  :)

So here's what I did:

It took too much time because I had to draw the lines with mouse.

Hey Otis, besides the concept drawing those are the same things you posted a while ago in the talent thread! But that's all right, because they still look awesome.  :)

And maymeow, I can't speak for El-Man but you definitely improved it. Keep it up!

Thanx, but not quite the same, the one I posted in the talent thread was the original drawing done on A4, but I re-drew it bigger, so it now takes up two thirds of a page of A3, and the top of the drawing has much more tree branches. Also notice how the front character Trip is now walking instead of standing still. There are some other minor differences too if you can spot them. Original drawing down below, and above post has the new improved version...

You're welcome. It's a drawing that makes you go 'aaawwwwwwww'. :)

And some funky detailed art from Otis, too. Do you have an end date for this graphics novel?

Thanx! Well so far I have 4 completed A3 pages done, and I'm thinking it's gonna be around 100. I wrote a story with over 100 pages which I'm trying to get all storyboarded out. Work started on the final pages at the end of February, so I'm thinking 6-7 years lol, but we shall see. I have a full-time office job so finding time is hard, and it takes a silly amount of hours to do each panel...

And the caption is hilarious :D

Cool concept RS, very interested to see what that looks like in 3D. Is that an eye-patch or just a tactical visor like something from Mass Effect? :)

Looks smashing RS - almost looks like it's been painted, so smooth it is :D
Wish I was that good with 3D, irrespective of practice or lack of :)

I've done an art(?) for the first time in an age.

Don't know really what to say about what's going on/is there to the picture because basically - there's nothing going on/to the picture - and - what little there is, is not really worth me trying to explain. The question "why" I think is better avoided - not much to say there either.

Anyway, hope you likes, at least :)
