Well, as family friendly as Futurama can be anyway.

My three year old nephew loves to watch it. He even memorized their names but he keeps forgetting who Leela is or sometimes calls her "Lisa",

Someone else must have said it, but I love the newsprint style texturing, real commitment to the bit! Colour palette is excellent also.

I cut a speech bubble out of a scanned comic.
I just duplicate, resize then line and colour over it.

Done = 100% complete (that means lined and coloured)

Keep the elbow bent at that angle, but extend the arm forward from the body more, out to about chest height.

I never actually seriously thought PEEL would be blocked but a whole bunch of stuff that shouldn't be blocked will be blocked, the Internet will be even slower (and likely more expensive) and it won't even stop people from accessing illegal material. If they put the millions of dollars they're spending on this filter towards actually stopping the production of illegal material such as child porn then it might actually make a difference but no of course they won't do that because then how will they make us all be afraid of this evil Internet?

So, yeah, I'm a little pissed about it.
