firstly, you have no basis to judge am i stupid or not. And it is not my desire or will to go away so i will not.
And secondly, Leela used sword ONLY in Bender's world which was kinda of temporary world, and got destroyed when energy crystals were merged so it does not count.
and last but not least: quoting Bender: "DEAL WITH IT"

fellas, fellas, calm down.  Leela's got two hands.  Why not a sword in one, and a laser gun in the other?  Or, barring that, let futurama_freak1 draw whatever he wants and stop trying to rip each others' throats out.  Sheesh.  Besides, she clearly needs to have a rocket launcher.

What Pants said. Gladius - Roman sword. Short and stout. It needed to be short because it was drawn from the right hip with a deft wrist movement; with their full-length shields, the Legionary couldn't draw from a scabbard on the left hip across the body, so a long sword was impractical.
They were thrusting swords, originally derived from Hispanic swords.

I don't know... Leela's pose seems off. I think her left arm needs to be in front her body and stretched out with the right arm.

That would be a stronger pose for me because it'll show the amount of strength she used to half Bender.

Freako, There are many problems with this drawing that I shall list now:
1. Everyone KNOWS that you can't cut through Bender's tough metal body with a sword.
2. Leela doesn't own a sword, where did she get it from?
3. There aren't that many things inside Bender's chest cavity.

Please rectify these errors as soon as possible.

Pose-wise I just realised what's bugging me about this. The sword is pointing in the wrong direction for the movement it's making. If you take a line from her left (our right) shoulder to her wrist that's about the angle the sword should be at, otherwise it looks like she's just snapped her wrist from the impact. Which is possible now I think about the materials involved...
