Old news, but I hadn't seen it before - check out Pepa Quin's custom lego set:

That's pretty cool. It'd be nice with backgrounds, but still cool.

Future-Shock, it's just something a guy put together himself, not an official product. He's used existing sets and painted the character's faces/costume features on when required.

Anyhow, I don't know what you mean about backgrounds. No lego set I ever had came with a background. What the hell?

Yes, they never come with backgrounds, I just said it would look nice with backgrounds.

I do love this set, I wish this was a product for sale. The person who made it must have had lots of lego because those sloping pieces they've used don't come in plentyful amounts in the sets. Unless he ordered loads of the same pieces from those leaflets you can get, well it's been over 10 years since I bought a lego set but yeah...

When I was a lad I used to build the most awesome free-standing fully-articulated Mech-Warrior walking tank thingies, up to a foot high. Had a little dude in the cockpit and missiles on the arms and everything...

*wistful sigh*

That is cool. If only the producers of Futurama or whoever gets people to make merchandise for the show should come to an agreement with lego, to make futurama lego sets. If they did that that'd be awesome.

This isn't my work but what I found in the news. Someone has built a Lego model of some of the buildings from Futurama. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I just found it was quite cool.
Anyway, here's the link:

I think someone made it out of normal Lego. It would be cool if they did make Futurama Lego though.

In the article, it says that it is a diorama, which reminds me of this line:
Sir, your Derangement is impressive.

Oh yer, that too! I don't know if I would feel like I've accomplished something after, not wasting... but spending all that time and money to make it. It is amazing and I would love to have those lego skills.

I may not have much on them lego skills but I wouldn't mind getting my hands on these. My friend went to Hong Kong and took the picture.

Now, to get an iPod first.
