only one i noticed getting closed was something about pubic hair, not really much of a loss was it?

edit: correction, all the really annoying off-topic stuff has gone ... still not much of a loss

You see, Velour, these newer threads are not named Newer Test or Who Am I Mocking. If they were, a certain mod wouldn't be closing them.

what the hell are you guys talking about?  I meant why are random threads in THIS section being closed? Perhaps I just need some clarification, but i posted where I meant to, in the thread I was talking about. If you guys are trying to be smart asses it helps to actually be smart :-*

I notice 1 closed thread for the more previous threads posted in here. That's why I figured you were talking about the Off Topic forum. There's at least 1 thread closed every day there.

I certainly can't understand why they were closed, the pictures are still displaying and the comments appear to be on topic

Noticed that too--like the "Strange Pics" thread, or "Leela Goes To Hell." Not noticably offensive or inappropriate, pretty active, but closed without comment.

Although I've been much more disturbed by the recent outages. I visit the board nightly now, and being suddenly cut off causes withdrawal symptoms. I may actually have to get a life! (nnoooooooooo)

There is no invisible Forum but the R-rated one. We do have a mailing list, but its seldomly used as mostly things just work as long as we don't forget to feed Velour

PS- I'm not saying I couldn't tell who closed the topics. I'm not trying to start a witch hunt.  I simply wondered why they were closed, because I didn't understand.

Speaking of, I'm closing this thread before it gets uglier.
