The words "i downloaded" mean that this is not fanart you have created but rather an officially-endorsed product with depictions taken direct from the source material.

This thread should be in the PE Stockroom.

Its not an officially-endorsed product it was FAN MADE by someone for the iPod touch/iPhone and put on Cydia.......

The pics are obviously taken from official material, not fan-drawn. So I hope you didn't pay for the theme, because that would mean someone is breaking copyright law.

This should fall within "Fair Use".  So unless he paid for it, there is nothing to worry about.  Which he didn't, goes to show no one is making a profit out of it.

I've never been a fan of "randomly assign generic character pics to application icon" themes myself. And since everyone in this thread seems to want to fight about something or other, thread closed.
