You have to upload the picture to an image hosting server (i.e., ImageShack's or PhotoBucket's) and link to it from there.

Also... how can you do a crossover picture with Newsgrounds?  Isn't that a flash animation database?  What part of Newsgrounds itself can you crossover with?

Actually, I think I answered my own question.  Nevermind.

No seriously. Welcome to PEEL Bender 19, you might want to read the FAQ just because you're new new. Don't triple post. It causes a lot of spam. And so God help me that the Fan-art section don't need any more of it. But like Officer 1BDI said, you should trick Imageshack or Photobucket to upload picutres. It'll help a lot.
