I shall quote myself. Not strictly out of egotism, but because it's a new page.

 http://www.smackbomb.com/famousfonts/fonts/backtothefuture.html

?

Plus, Photoshop lets you manipulate text to curve/warp/etc it. Use the Text Tool ('T' icon on the left hand side's toolbar) to write your text. At the top of the screen are options for size, font, italics etc., but also a 'create warped text' button (looks like a 'T' standing on a humpback bridge). Select the text you want to warp, click the create warped text button, choose a type of warping, and you can then choose the precise angle/% of curve/warping you want.

Back to the Future, genius I tell you!
The Scruffy is brill too, but the other one just made me crack up.

okaaay... just went back a page, meehee, that's a cleavage you could literately get lost in. Nice shippy touch to it too, Leela being concerned and all.

Scruffy, to me, is really the main character of the show. It all revolves around him. He is the axis upon which the Futurama Universe turns, and pretty soon I'm gonna write a fanfic where he and Leela finally get together.

...or not.

I can imagine Futurama with Scruffy being The Mighty One,a delivery boy and Bender's & Leela's best friend(and maybe more(only with eyeball ,greasebacket can stay his friend))

This here is completely unrelated to Futurama.

Bloke's name is Cale Black. He's a mercenary and the main character in my as-yet unpublished novel, 'Silhouettes'.
Camouflage, I've found, is a right bastard to draw, photoshop notwithstanding.
Also, his usual weapon of choice is a P-90 SMG, however as you all know those are hideously difficult little blighters to draw so for the purpose of this image I have equipped him with some mutation of an MP5-K.
It should be noted that the novel itself is not illustrated, it's more serious than that, but I have extensive and well-developed drawings of the cast nonetheless, with a view to one day put together a graphic novel featuring them.
So far though, there is only one novel. Lengthy but entertaining.

For your interest, the following is the rear cover blurb:

******
Silhouettes

“There’s already too much death left behind me,” he said. “Too much for me to see the bodies that lie at my feet today. It’s just a few more drops of red in a sea of blood – completely unnoticeable.”

The Cold War is long past, leaving only sinister reminders throughout Russia, thermonuclear sentinels standing in silent vigil, slowly rusting away.
The world has moved forward into different conflicts, different permutations of barbarism – it is a time when allegiances ebb and flow like the wind, and the fate of millions teeters on a knife edge.

But for some the past can never be forgotten.

In a time when the once-mighty Soviet Union is little more than a memory, a new force has emerged from the carcass of Russia to dredge the ghosts of the past and visit terror upon a new generation.
Armed with unimaginable weapons and driven toward an impossible goal, the New Revolution’s diabolical vendetta could pull the world into the last great war.

Now, a hastily-assembled team of ill-equipped and undisciplined mercenaries must be sent against the rising threat. Led by the enigmatic Cale Black, they are the worst that humanity has to offer – but they may be humanity’s last hope.

Under the weight of history, and with the fate of mankind itself in the balance, Cale Black must lead his rag-tag team of cut-throats against an insurmountable enemy; battle fearsome machines built for war, and uncover a traitor that could be any one of them.

But danger lurks on the icy wastes of Siberia and on the streets of Moscow; the uncertain loyalties of a beautiful terrorist woman and the fanatical aspirations of an old Soviet Colonel may spell doom for Black and his team…

…And if they fail, World War 3 begins.

Christ, his camo must have taken awhile....
Great Job!

hmm. The gun kind of looks like a MP-7, but with an UZI variant cartridge. The muzzle has the old MP-5 look, same as the front grip.
My diagnosis:
An 'FN & Koch UZMP-6'

EDIT: reading over this post, It kind of made me sound like a gun nut. I'm not....

Writer Unit 32: I have written a novel. So who is the REAL writer unit?

My man-which: By gum, you're right. In any case, in the novel he uses a P-90 for the most part, although at some points he makes use of a Striker semi-automatic shotgun.

Benders_Fan: If you're interested in that character please become a publishing executive and publish my novel.

I just began a drawn-out gasp of excitement when I was scrolling down the page and saw the Cale picture loading. It would have been more drawn-out if I hadn't started laughing at myself for gasping in the first place.
Arr, t'is awesome.  :D
Is it just me, or is he a bit skinny in the mid section there? Maybe it's just my wacky perception.

He's a pretty lean fellow. He never regained the weight he lost when he was fighting in Chechnya and living on portions of rassal'nik and vodka.
I'm not completely happy with the picture. I'll do another one in time, and I'll deck him out with his traditional ordinance and the snow BDUs he wears in the novel. This was just a little doodle I did while watching TV.
Glad you recognised him though  :D
