Hey thanks my man which you won't have to wait any more I'll post it now so here it is. It's kinda weird the Caitlin person in the story is me okay.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: I do not own Futurama it was a TV series created by Matt Groening to be aired on Fox. I therefore do not take credit for Futurama or any of it’s characters.

THE CASE OF THE MISSING FUTURAMA EPISODE
It started one Saturday afternoon, it was a very grey day the greyest we’ve had in a while. I knew this sudden change of weather could not be good. I had a feeling, a bad feeling that some how, something was going to go wrong today. I would just have to wait and see what would happen. Waiting…that’s all that was left to do.

I grab the television remote then walk to the couch and plop down. Flipping through the channels searching for something worth watching I see a news story that catches my eye.

“Futurama.” the news women begins to say “A show created by Matt Groening which aired on Fox and was later cancelled, and had 72 aired episodes, but we have heard from Matt Groening that there should have been another episode. 73 episodes should have been aired. We are calling this 73rd episode the ‘missing’ episode. Any information to where this ‘missing’ episode could be would be very useful and may be rewarded by Matt Groening depending on the information you have given him. Thank you for listening to our breaking news you will now return to the normal programme you should be watching” the news woman continues.

After seeing this news break I click the power button on the remote and the television turns blank.

“Mom I’m heading out for a while!” I shout to my mom as I pull my jacket over my body and grab an umbrella.

“Okay Caitlin but be home by seven” She replies from the kitchen.

“Thanks Mom! See you at seven!” I shout back as I slip on my shoes and head out the.

The rain is falling very hard from the grey clouds covering the normally blue sky. Not wanting to get too wet I quickly walk to the hotel where a Futurama meeting is being held where people are demanding to know what has happened to the missing episode. I walk through the lobby doors and walk to the front desk.

“Excuse me but would you happen to know where  the meeting about Futurama’s missing episode is being held.” I politely ask the professional looking man sitting behind the front desk.

“The meeting is being held in room 324 which is on the third floor” He replies quickly flipping through the pages of his scheduling book as if he has memorized exactly where everything is in the book.

“Thank you very much sir” I say adding my politest smile to show my gratitude.

“And you are very welcome” He says waving good-bye to me as I head off to the elevators.

I take the elevator ride up to floor three and easily find room 324. I quietly open the door not wanting to disturb what is going on in the room. As I enter the room I quickly scan all the people in search of Matt Groening. I immediately find him and start walking towards him.

“Hello I am Caitlin Beads” I say trying not to show how excited I am to finally be meeting the creator of my favourite show.

“I am guessing you already know who I am” Matt Groening says putting out his hand for me to shake.

I return the gesture and shake his hand.

“I am here about the case of the missing Futurama episode” I begin to explain.

“You think you can find it” He says a little sparkle of hope in his eyes.

“I don’t think I can find it, I know I can” I say trying to sound very convincing.

“Well if that is so then get started on your search” he tells me.

“I will I just need permission to interview a few people of the cast if it won’t be to much trouble” I say just making sure it’s okay for me to interview a few cast members.

“Go right ahead Caitlin. I’m sure they will all be willing to give information if it will help find the lost episode. It’s quite a shame really, we had just finished the entire episode editing and everything and then bam it all disappears.” Matt Groening explains to me.

“Do you know anything else about the episode?” I ask hoping to get some kind of a lead.

“No I’m sorry I don’t know anything else, but like I said feel free to talk to any of our cast and crew members.” He tells me.

“Thank you. I shall not disappoint you” I say ending our conversation, normally I would have wanted to talk for a while longer but not today I had a job to do, and it had to be finished by seven.

I scan the room and see Katey Sagal, the voice of Leela from Futurama. I walk over to her hoping to get some answers to some important questions.

“Hello and good afternoon I am Caitlin Beads” I say trying to get to the interviewing part quickly.

“I am Katey Sagal” Katey Sagal says shaking my hand.

“I am here to find out more about the missing episode of Futurama. Do you know any one who could have wanted the missing episode of Futurama not to air?” I ask hoping that Katey Sagal will have some answers for me.

“Well John DiMaggio could have wanted the episode to not air? Katey Sagal begins to explain.

“Why would John DiMaggio not want the episode to air?” I ask.(for those who don’t know John DiMaggio voices Bender from Futurama)

“Well when we were recording the episode John had a big speech he got to say in the beginning of scene two. Then when the episode was edited his big scene got cut out because we had to make the episode fit the 24 hour time slot we have. When John had found out his scene had been cut out he was very frustrated possibly even angry because of this.” Katey Sagal explains.

“This would make John DiMaggio fit the criteria of a suspect. Is there anyone else you can think of who could have taken the episode?” I ask hoping to receive some more leads.

“There’s Poncho” Katey Sagal starts.

“Poncho?” I ask thinking to myself ‘what kind of name is Poncho?’

“Poncho isn’t her real name it’s her pen name. Poncho hates Futurama she does graffiti on the walls of our studio. She has even been caught harassing cast and crew members for no reason what so ever, just because she dislikes Futurama. I always knew some people would hate or dislike Futurama but I never knew it would be this much.” Katey Sagal tells me.

“Thank you I can definitely consider Poncho a prime suspect.” I  say with confidence.

I leave the area where I was talking to Katey Sagal and begin to search for someone else to interview. I see Billy West, Billy West is the voice of Fry, Dr.Zoidberg, Professor, Zapp Branigan and many other characters of Futurama.
I quickly finish the interview with Billy West, he gives me the same suspects as  Katey Sagal has told me so I feel I have two strong leads. I think now will be a good time to leave and just take walk, to give my self some time to think about my two suspects John DiMaggio the voice actor of Bender. And Poncho the girl who hates Futurama in what seems to me as an unhealthy life style. I make my way back down to the lobby. As I leave I wave good-bye to the guy at the front desk.

“Did you find everything alright?” He asks

“Yes I did” I reply as I exit the hotel.

I walk through the busy streets trying to think of a way to tie one of the suspects to the crime. I see something that catches my eye, it’s a sign.

The sign reads:

I DR. SPADE AM CREATING A TIME CAPSULE TO BE BURIED THEN OPENED IN THE YEAR 3000. I WILL EXCEPT PREDICYIONS OF WHAT THE YEAR 3000 WILL LOOK OR BE LIKE. IT COULD BE VIDEO, STORY, PICTURE AND I’LL PUT IT IN THE TIME CAPSULE THEN PEOPLE IN THE YEAR 3000 CAN COMPARE OUR PREDICTIONS TO WHAT THE FUTURE IS TRULY LIKE.

ANY DONATIONS PLEASE BRING TO MY LAB AT 44th BETWEEN OAK AND GRARNY STREET.

Futurama takes place in the year 3000 so could this have something to do with the case or is it just a coincidence? I think to myself. There is only one way to find out and that way is to see it for myself. So I set off to go to Dr.Spade’s lab at 44th between Oak and Grarny street. It takes me about a 10 minute walk to get to the lab. The door is unlocked so I walk in. It’s kind of spooky, I’ve never been in a lab before.

“Hello Dr.Spade! Are you here!” I shout into the empty room.

“Hello I am Dr. Spade” says a man who seems to have popped out of no where. “Who are you?” He asks me.

“I’m Caitlin” I answer.

“So Caitlin, why are you here?” He asks me.

“Well I am here because I would like to see the items that are being put in to the time capsule” I explain to him.

“Well the time capsule isn’t meant for anyone to see until the year 3000, but  I don’t get any youth who are interested so I guess I could let you see it” He tells me.

“Wow thank you Dr. Spade!” I say as he leads me to the area where he is beginning to put together the time capsule.

I scan the table where a lot of things are laying out. The I spot it the missing episode it’s in a case.

“Ummm…Dr. Spade do you know who brought this in?” I ask pointing to the missing episode of Futurama that I don’t think is missing anymore.

“Who brought that? Oh yes it was a man in his sixties said his name was David…David Cohen.” Dr. Spade recalls.

“David X Cohen!” I shout excitedly.(for those of you following along David X Cohen is the executive producer of Futurama)

“Thank you Dr. Spade but I have to go now. Bye!” I shout as I rush out of the lab.

I hurry back to the hotel where the Futurama meeting is being held so I can tell Matt Groening what I found out.

“Matt Groening! Matt Groening!” I shout as he comes rushing over to me.

“What is it? Do you know where the missing episode is?” he asks me curiously

“Yes I do know where it is!” I exclaim excitedly.

“Well…where is it?” Matt Groening asks becoming a bit impatient.

I explain about the time capsule to Matt Groening. I tell him about how David X Cohen had donated I. Matt Groening pulls out his cell phone and is going to call David X Cohen who has ironically gone on vacation. David X Cohen Explains that he did donate the episode so that when people in the year 3000 open the tome capsule they will be able to compare Futurama to the real future. Matt Groening thinks it’s a good idea and so does everyone else. So I guess the case of the missing Futurama episode is closed.

“Thank you Caitlin this case wouldn’t have been solved without you. So we will award you with this.” Matt Groening thanks me then hands me a big piece of paper.

“Oh wow! Thank you!” I say as I see the paper has all the cast and crew of Futurama’s signature on the paper.

I look at my watch and see that it’s 6:35.

“Bye and thank you I have to go know.” I say to them all.

Everyone gives me a hug or hand shake then waves me their good byes as I rush out of the room and hurry home. I make it home at 6:55 right on time.

“Well what did you do?” my mom asks.

“Oh nothing much I just solved an entire case by 7:00” I say with a smile of satisfaction.

THE END

Ihope you enjoyed tell me if there are any grammaer errors so I can correct it for the teacher. Sorry if it's kinda stupid but I kinda change my writing ideas to match what the teacher likes!!

Really good story!  I liked it!  Your grammar errors didn't matter, it was a good story, nonetheless!
