Ehh... all I think what is happening here, is that BNB tries to fool you.

That is simply a promo picture of Matt Groening, saved as a jpeg. Jpegs aren't animated nor controlled. It's a static filetype. Nothing will happen, and no matter how long you look at it, it'll still be the same.
