^That's just plain stupid. Why would you download the movie(s)? Doing so would hurt chances of a more permanent return.

I can understand that some people may not be able to afford the films, but the least you guys could do is wait a bit before you do so.

You've clearly not clicked the link... Its not an official movie.

And speaking of the official movies, downloading them won't hurt my desire to buy them.

Downloading it won't give me all the dvd extras, and most of all it won't help support Futurama and the chance of it being brought back.

I plan to download the movies and buy them as soon as I get the money. After all, not downloading them doesn't magically give me the money to buy it.

It does look pretty good but why do you have two different sites and two topics?  Are you making two movies or what?

Nah not two movies.. We've just about finished this one.

No Leela I'm afraid, because my voice artist can only do a Zoidberg and a Bender. But in total there's 4 characters (Bender, Zoidberg, Brain Slugs and SOCC).

Its only a *short* film, remember.

To all of you saying "I'll download it and STILL buy it".... STFU. You're lying, delusional assholes. I know many people who say this kind of thing, and almost every one really believes it, but it's complete horse-shit, for every thing they ever buy there's 20 things the download and NEVER buy.

So I'm not saying you won't buy futurama, as you very well might. I'm just saying you're still FCUKNIG THEIVES so quit deluding yourselves.

Actually, coffee is only what's consumed when working on the 3D...

When we were writing it (there's 4 writers in total), its more of a scotch + coke thing  :)

SCOTCH and Coke?

Rum and Coke, I can understand,

Bourbon and Coke, I could stand...

But SCOTCH and Coke?

A true Scotch coin-a-sewer will tell you that there is ONLY one way to drink Scotch:

On the rocks.  Neat.

Seeing how Famous Grouse Scotch is my favorite poison, I feel that I'm qualified to make that statement.

Give it to me Russian, and strong.

With the whole downloading = stealing bit, IMO its only stealing, if you download something, which you actually would have bought if downloading it was not an option. The majority of stuff people illegally download, is just because its there, not as a substitute for buying it. I've probably downloaded 100 albums since i got cable internet, but i would say that i only had the intention of actually buying about 8 or 9 of them, and thats probably over $200au dollars, and being a student, i wouldnt of anyway. In that sense, its a victimless crime because nothing really being 'stolen' in a sense to taking it from someone else, and even if i hadn't downloaded them i wouldnt of paid for them anyway. However, if its something such as windows xp your downloading, which if you were not able to, you would inevitably go out and buy, then that is stealing, because in a sense your stealing your own money that you would normally be handing over to bill gates. Also, think about this; one of the futurama dvd's i bought got scratched though no fault of my own, and 2 episodes were unwatchable, so i downloaded them. Is this stealing because i would normally of had to go out and buy another dvd? And is watching free to air television stealing if you don't watch the ads that fund it?
