Question: Could someone please read through my steps on how I scan, and if there's anything wrong, tell me (or, just tell me that I suck): Lining1. Resize the picture to 4800 pixels X 6400 pixels. 2. Create a new layer and change the opp. so the background image is just visible. 3. Line using path's with the pen tool. 4. Fill in the line's with a 14 pixel pencil tool. 5. Resize the image down. Colouring1. I fill the colours using the paint bucket, then I use the burn tool and dodge tool to add shadows and highlights. ps- sorry for all the questions lately, it's just that every scan I make sucks... pps- or, is it just a whole-wadda practise?

Cheers guys Good of you to post! Another rough draft, part of the same idea. I probably shouldn't post all these (pretty self indulgent, they're just drafts), but 'tain't a dead cert I'll get the series (and, ergo, any of the individual pics) finished, and it's nice to be able to post some new stuff for a change. As I was drawing, realised errors and things that won't work - Fry's head needs a redo, and Leela needs to be speaking, etc. Are there any more, though? For example, I'm not at all sold on Fry's posture (he's not meant to be hurt, just... being protective), but can't quite figure out how to fix it, get it looking more natural. Any ideas? Again, opinions very welcome, critiques and 'that doesn't work because...' sought

Agreed. My jaw dropped when I saw that pic. Given the right circumstances, Leela could be a very convincing Lady Death.
