Hippie's newest piece, Roberto,  is rather surprising, to say the least. Not only does it have some pretty accurate shadowing, which makes Roberto look Three Dimensional, but it's also oddly on-model. Hippie, if you sent this in to a Modern Art contest, I bet you'd win! Your talent is really starting to peak!

I actually thought the Roberto drawing was pretty decent, and was the "best" one Beamer Hippie did yet.

But, it's still pretty crappy, and should go up to as say, 5/10.

In my wildest dreams I never thought I would see Fry as a toothpick. Seems like cutting room floor material from one of the universes they visited in The Farnsworth Parabox. Or some other crazy far-fetched plot from the later seasons where Bender inhales some magic powder and magically everyone is a toothpick. I could totally see them doing that.

Well, you were somewhat close, Future Freak.

As you know, Fry goes through many physical changes in the episode "The Tip Of The Zoidberg", most of which changed his skin color and his voice. He went through 4 changes in all. However, as some little-known deleted sequences show, there were originally meant to 5.

His Fifth change was to be entitled 'Toothpickitus'. The change would've turned him into a large toothpick that Looked and sounded like Himself. This gag stayed in the episode until very late in production, when it was decided it was simply too illogical for Futurama, and was ultimately scrapped.

Luckily, some early leaked versions of the episode exist on illegal download websites. These early versions show the entire Toothpickitus sequence, which admittedly is a little bit too silly. However, it's interesting nonetheless, and I'm glad to share a photo off of a burned copy of the episode of the scene.

Thanks to Everyone who came to the very first Hippie Toad Supporters Convention! It had a much better turnout than I could've ever expected, as there was a total of 115 people there, 2 of which were members of PEEL! It's too bad Hippie himself couldn't come, but there's always next time. Here's a photo I took during the Convention!

When you say he's animating it, do you mean he's the animation director, or he's animating the whole episode on his own? I could easily see him doing both.
