I read it IPA-stylee and got 'Frake' (as in Jonathan Frakes).

freik, the correct format for the UBB codes you're trying to use is either [url=http://the-address-of-your-picture]This is a link to a picture of mine![/url] or [img]http://the-address-of-your-picture[/img]. Obviously, replace the bold text with the address of the image (which, in your case, Imageshack gives to you). Hope this helps.
