The picture's pretty good considering it was done in paint and all, but I'm sorry, I'm just not feeling the funny.

See here's the problem, you need to get better aquainted with the rules of the board. Posting twice or more in a row is frowned upon, as is posting you signiture more than 3 times a page. Semi legible grammer is also a must(thought you don't seem to have that big a problem here, which is actually refreshing).

i am sorry you let them bully you, and you feel you have to leave.  pencils have erasers because everyone makes mistakes and ultra should have handled himself a little bit nicer for your mistake with the octopus. we've chatted and you told me you just loved his work so i know the truth and how complimetary you were with enjoying drawing the silly creature. sounds like you had fun and just wanted to show your version of it..dont let them get you down..just do your own stuff and let the little twits think what they want

Spamming with stuff like "blah blah blah" will only get more people up in arms against you than there already is. It's also very against the terms of use and rules of the road.
Just chill out a bit and do more stuff like your
"Kayla says Goodbye" pic. That's not a bad piece of work.
And as a noob, the last thing you want to do is go around railing on other people's work.
It'll only piss people off.
A little respect goes a long way.

hi skusting, you dont know the entire story..she wasnt railing or wailing...she admired his work and tried it on paint shop pro for fun and he freaked on her telling some she stole his idea. This is supposed to be fun, not a vicious cat fight. she loves his stuff and told him it was awesome and he made rude pictures of her being squashed and how he hates her.  yes a little respect goes a long way...he wants respect but he didnt give it.

I realize that now.
If she truly stole his idea, she wouldn't have posted it in his own thread.
It's not like she took it for her own or heisted it for her own use as an avvy or something.
I'm  tempted to try my own hand at the Leela Octupus just to see what transpires.

Nice scan! May I make a suggestion, though? Instead of tracing with the pencil, try using beizer curves, instead. The lines are much smoother, and give it less of an MS-Paint look. It also helps to trace over your pictures in anti-aliased lines.
