I'm sorry I've been gone for so long but this semester was sooo busy.  I was wondering if anyone has any good reference pictures of the Leela's parents.  ... And also there names because I barely remember them.  I want to do a picture of them together of when they were dating. ^.^ k... I'm off again waiting for a reply.

I've just looked through this thread right now, great work. Leela's parents names are Morris and Munda. I can't wait to see a picture of them by you. Not many people make fan art of them.

I wasn't.  He said that he was lazy for just posting a link to framegrabs from CGEF, so I said that I was slightly less lazy for posting three links.  Besides, M0le once said that I was his favorite peeler, so if I'm mean to him then he must like the abuse.  Why should I start treating him any differently now?

I woke up this morning and found all these great comments (my replies can be found below)!!  Thankyou all soooo much!! I miss coming to this board.  In fact, I believe this is the only one I frequent.

For something completely different, in my Anthropology class today I drew a layout sketch of the Munda and Morris picture I want to do.  They are now my official favorite couple of the series.  *sigh* I need some one-eyed tentacle romance like that.  I'll scan it after my roommate gets up (my scanner sounds like a sack of bricks being wailed on by a dead hamster).

Since I'm having so much fun drawing couples, I was wondering if there are any couplings anyone would like to see...?  Not necessarily dirty but those ones are really fun. ;9  I'll be back on the forums tonight after I drive home to my parents house. 

PS - Does anyone want to see a picture of me Futurama style? ^.^;

as for couples ... (Futurama or not futurama?), well considering the board this is.

Fry and Umbrielle under the sea (darling it's better down where it is wetter), the naughtyness level is your call of course (being a 21 year old male you could probably guess my preference)

Amy and Kif (Perhaps Amy sunbathing while Kif runs around after being bitten by a crab)

and of course Leela and Fry..perhaps the aftermath of the final episode after all we want to see it too the end as well.

edit- OH a Futurama you, that would be great.

Teh very nice, Emy.  Top-notch work as always -- keep it up!  I've got a few more couples suggestions: Fry's parents when they were young, Yancey and his wife, and maybe Fry and Michelle at about 19 or 20 (yeah, I doubt they were together that long, but maybe they were and had something sweet ^_^).  If you need some framegrabs, my email's in the profile, and I'd be more than happy to help.

Emy! Nice to see you again! Your newest piece of Morris and Munda is too cute for words. The style you drew it in, and their expressions...aw. Just lovely. (May be the naughty side talking, but where exactly is Morris's right hand?  )
And then it's the Leela pic! Well, I'm a female so it didn't have the same effect on me as on the males, buuut, really nice work nonetheless  Loved the expression, heh.

Zoidberg227: Call me an incredible nit-picker, but Fry says he was single in 1997 (remember that flashback from JB? "..can't find a girlfriend.." ), and since he's supposed to be born in 1975, which makes him 22 there, it doesn't look like he's met Michelle there. Right, I may be giving this too much thought. Maybe him and Michelle were one of those on-and-off couples? Not unlikely.

Nice pic of Munda and Morris, good stuff, as usual. 

As for the nekkid Leela picture... hot damn! As you can guess, I prefer the version with, errr, less hearts, but even without that, it's still an awesome picture. And not just because some bits can still vaguely be seen in the censored version!
