In this case, it's okay because you were bumping the thread. And I must say- that hiking Zoidberg isn't half bad. My only beef with your Guenter drawing is that I'm guessing you had to make it thinner to fit it onto the paper. It's always an option to not use the whole page, that way, you can fit more.   

EDIT: And don't bag on other artists, no matter how crappy their art may be.

i'am also very fond of my farnsworth picture
the hiking zoidberg has pencil used for parts of his t shirt

That's not true. It's called "lurking". Y'know, where you look at things but don't post? It's easy to lurk, and it doesn't bound, gag, and rape you in the closet.

Anywho- the ratman is probably your best yet. The proportions are very nice compared to your other work. Quick question- Do you draw basic shapes as an outline before you start the actual drawing?

hell no i dive straight in

1. i think of a character and think of their best episode and then i freeze frame it when i want to capture it
2. i start drawing, making a few mistakes along the way and just rubbing them out
3. once i'am done i go over the pencil lines in a noticable black
4. i colour it with pencil
5. i'am now finished so i show off my work to my family and then wait till friday until i scan it and host it on the futurama forum zone and then peel

Your version of 6-year old Fry looks like 25-year old Fry in a cheap jersey. I love tha scene though.

i have already a leela and another fry so far this week and they are by far the bst so far. although i prefer the leela one

Keep up the good work, Jerkberg! Just try to take just a little more time on each one, and always practice. The one of ratman is pretty good
