I got the cover today. Can't get a damn picture though. It always comes out really fuzzy. There are a couple of other auctions for it on ebay for phones of different sizes so there are a few more pictures out there. On a humorous side note the small Amy in the bottom lefthand corner lacks hair. But the Leela on the bottom righthand corner i swear i've seen before. Probably somewhere on TLZ.

The people on the cover are: Amy, Mildred, The Crushinater, Anglenne, Mom, the blonde amazonian whose name i forgot, Petunia, Miss Universe, Edna, Morgan, and Leela.

That was quick.
Are you using a digital camera? If so, does it have a MACRO setting? If it does, use that.
The cover probably doesn't lay flat enough to scan it.
eBay has been informed that that particular seller is hawking copyright infringed product.
Also, somebody else is selling stuff on there ripped from artists at Deviant Art as well as stuff illegally taken from Harley-Davidson. I reported them to my connections at Harley.

There's no macro feature on my camera. It's a cheapy HP Photosmart320. I'm lucky it has any zoom capability at all.

I personally would find it an honour to have my fanart on poorly made bootlegged mobile covers  consider it an artistic status-symbol, every great net artist gets their stuff ripped off.

The direct transliteration of ПИИЛ (or ПИИΛ as it's writen there) is PIIL, but since in Russian "I", or "И", has the sound "ee" it fits the sound "PEEL" much better than using the actual Russian letter "E" - because the word ПEEΛ would actually sound like PEYEL. Not quite as good.
Confusing?

only one thing to change, if you want: in russian there`s a few situations, when you use "ИИ" "ОО" "АА" etc. And PEEL is one of regular situations, so it`s seems to be more correct to spell "ПИЛ" but it seems like russian translation of "drink" so... i really don`t know, how`s better to spell PEEL: "ПИИЛ" or "ПИЛ"

I did it because it just looks cooler. No reason other than that.
Besides, when it comes to Futurama, I suppose it's like saying "ax" instead of "ask".
Plus I wanted to keep the PEEL acronyn intact.

Man this guy looks evil to the bone.

Also great shading and use of colours as usual too.

So how fast did you need to move that sigle one?
Because the shadows don't seem to be that long in between.

That you took pictures for each single one and cutted just the owls out to paste them into the exact same place is obvious.
