I'll leave it up to you to decide what he's listening to, though I did listen to 'Dark Side of the Moon' and 'OK Computer'  while I was painting it.

Oh and if anyone feels like having a go at colouring it, I can give you the .psd file with all the line work in it. (It's only 1.9MB)

Well, I took all my pictures off when I "quit" futurama fan art and I haven't been bothered to start again. Although I have to say I don't really like the ranking system they have, because of the amount of pressure I put on my self.

The arm looked creepy to me at first, but then I realized that she was taking a picture of herself. I like the somewhat shy expression on her face. Overall, good work.

Another lovely pc and I really love the composition.

Now I know I am no where near being on you level but there is something that bothers me about the pic. Now I really like the idea of not using black as the outline colour and it works when it outlines tones that are higher than it. It's just that it does not look quite right to me to have an area of shadow bound by something lighter. It did not seem so apparent on the Fry pic but I can see it easily on this one.

I really like the shading on the body, like round the collar bone as well. The only niggly point is I personally would have had the pupil slightly larger, but hell, if you take a polaroid of yourself that's likely what's going to happen, so forget what I said   

/edit: Personally I think the outline technique works quite well, except perhaps around the ear, but otherwise in other cases it works better than a black outline

I love the way you used the camera's ability to focus on the object in the forground(leela) and blur the object in the backround(pe ship) and I love the way you have done the shading and the arm is nicely done too.

One of my favorite pics from you yet.

I'll agree with the ranking system being a bit screwy on TLZ, but don't sweat it, you're the best futurama fan artist on the planet, share your stuff with it!
I'm sure TLZ would let you be ranking exempt, you done a cool layout for them after all, unless you think it would make you look pretentious being seperate... (even though the sheer quality of your art means it wouldn't be).

Dang it, there has to be a way you are comfortable with to show your art on a big scale, it deserves more than a message board thread. Do you have a website/gallery where I can see some more of this wonderful art?

Yes it's very apparent on this one, and I wasn't happy with the ear at all.. I took some time redo it though (And made the pupil bigger):

Well I'm looking to maybe get a gallery or site to put my work (most likely DA). I'm just a bit busy and I can't be bothered either..

What's Leela's arm doing? Fixing the camera or something? I really like it though. That's like my favorite one of Leela that you've done. Bender does look a little scary. Maybe it would be scary if someone printed that picture, hung it on the frame of their siblings or roomate's door and go "boo!" when they open it.

The only reason it's there is because I decided to write down the place where I post the image on the image, therefore stopping people (in theory) from taking the images for their own site..
