Official Site  I've seen 2 trailers of this movie and it's already my favorite movie ever.  The movie is set 2 years after the (best) game (ever) ends.  There is a disease ravaging the land and the children seem most prone to it.  The disease is called Star Scar Syndrome or Geostigma.  The movie is scheduled for a summer or at the latest winter release in Japan and is definitely coming overseas.  More information can be found at adventchildren.net.

This probably belongs in this thread:
Upcoming Films Thread
Nonetheless, I've taken a look through the site (FFVII was my favourite Final Fantasy) and I'm disappointed to see that Cait Sith doesn't seem to be making a reappearance.  :( Although I'm happy to see it actually involves most of the characters, even if it is missing out on a few.

There aren't many it doesn't have, though.  And yeah, I didn't see that thread, but this is the best movie ever coming from the best game ever, I think it deserves a thread ;)
