on several occasions throughout the season 3 & 4 commentaries, I got the impression that the participants were, in a way, re-discovering & re-connecting with The Simpsons.

Coincidentally, I've noticed that the show has been on an overall upswing after some pretty forgettable seasons.

Could one thing have something to do with the other? Of course I COULD be overthinking, but what the hell... :D

Not to be mean, but this couldn't go on The Simpsons' thread, why?

Alas, Tweek's shutting down new Simpson's threads, as he feels there are enough already. I'm not going to bother linking it, as it's not exactly hidden.  :)

check, please... :D

I didn't think starting a new thread was that big a deal. I mean, I can only get over here once every few days or so, and I pretty much have no trouble reading the bulk of what's been posted since my last visit...I could understand if the boards were literally clogged with topics, but c'mon now...lol Just didn't want to get lost in the shuffle amidst an existing 500-700 reply thread, is all...

Well, I'll just have to think of something new to add on the other thread in the future, 'cuz now I'm too embarrassed to post this same topic :D
