It's meat.  It's whatever gender the animal the meat came from was.  Also, this probably belongs in this thread.

Of course he may have just been saying that because Shake confused him.

His gender is clear, what's up to question is his age. He's either a very mature child or a very childish adult.

It's pretty much stated right in the theme music with the line:
Meatwade make the money, see
Meatwad get the honies, she

"Honies she" meaning women. So unless he/she's a lesbian, I think it's pretty clear.

@EvilLunch: I always assumed he was Master Shake's and Frylock's love child.
