No, no, no, no, Tramp, please post in the threads specified for the shows you mentioned, and don't make such a general thread. I guarantee that this will be closed, so i hope you learn from your mistake.

'The OC' and 'Smallville' are both terrible. The best new(ish) shows are 'Scrubs' and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'.

What do those two shows have to do with Simpsons and Futurama? Is there some connection I'm not making?

Phew you scared me for a second there. I thought this was a thread about that terrible New Kids on the Block cartoon from the early 90's.

Well as for the shows I admit I have not seen them and in fact do not care to either. And as for the inaccuracy of Troy, we have a movie thread for that.

My god...am I the only one who DOESN'T encourage this guy to go to other threads? Just say whatever you want in this thread right here, and don't make anymore.

I really wish this board had a spellcheck like Gamefaqs, but I don't think it would help.

oh...and welcome to PEEL.

But YOU know how to spell "YOU" AND "AND". Start using words, or you'll get a lot more grief from other PEELers, as well as being a villain in comics who gets eaten by a monkey or a mod.

And also, what do The O.C. and Smallville have anything to do with Futurama and the Simpsons. Those seem like kind of random picks.

they were the first things that popped into my little mind, and they seem to be quite popular. i was just wondering what people thought of them compared to the giants of the modern cult TV era: 'the simpsons' and 'futurama'

I think that Spongebob will become the next classic cartoon which gets repeated endlessy on saturday mornings (in the tradition of Scooby Doo, Charlie Brown, Yogi Bear etc.).

Not quite made it that far over here(England) but so far all everyone is talking about is The O.C

Its nice to have a look in on a life that we will never have, what do people think of it in other countires?
worthy of all this hype?

apparently the last episode of the first series was a bit of a let down. another cock up from Fox??
