Yeah, ROtJ is my favourite. Must be the damn Ewoks or something because in the movie we have:

Jabba's Palace.
Rancor Battle.
The Great Pit of Carcoon.
Yoda's revelation.
The Rebel Endor Commando Mission.
The Battle of Endor and the interior run of the 2nd Deathstar.
Luke and Vader's final dual.
Lando.

Sadly, I only own theorginal New Hope on VHS. The rest I do want to buy because I love these films. It doesn't matter if their digitaly redone, they still look O.K to me.

I also want Battle Front.

I like all the Classic movies. They are definatly the reason my old VCR broke since I watched these movies so many times.

The New ones are good but I hate all the one liners they have. When does the new movie come out anyway?

Yeah, it's bad enough having Li'l Anakin build C3PO and Obi-wan meeting R2D2 years before he uttered the line, "I've never seen these droids before."  Don't try to put Greedo in the prequels too.

They do call him Greedo in the deleted scenes, but I think it was deleted for a reason. Surely Lucas realized the movie had enough stupid little coincidences/character cameos already, and decided to leave it out.

No seriously, Greedo is in one deleted scene for Episode 1. I know that the other Rodian isn't Greedo (although I didn't know he was called Wald). The reason the fight scene was deleted was because Lucas didn't want to show ANY dark side to Anakin just yet.

M, shut up. Greedo is not in Episode 1. For one thing, he's not even a glint in his fathers eye. He was born during the events of Episode III when the Empire was around.

The special editions already turned Greedo into the worst shot in the universe.  At least allow him the dignity of not appearing in episode one.

I'm just stating a fact guys. You can't just cover your ears and go "La la la la i'm not listening"
It's questionable if a deleted scene counts as an offical edition to the movie saga. But it's a FACT the GREEDO appears in a deleted scene from epsiode 1 that can be viewed by anybody who owns the DVD.
And since the films apparently make things in the books obsolete then surely what you think you know about Greedo goes out the window too? I mean, just after the original Star Wars came out there was a novel in which Luke and Leia get together! Once the other films came out it was never heard of again.

Hmmm. Vader.

Then General Veers, the only Imp under Vader's command that wasn't killed.

I kinda like R2 as well. Heck, there's loads of characters to choose from.

'Cept Jar Jar, everyone hates him.

Also kinda fond of Kyle Katarn, Corran Horn, and that awesome robot which looks like a box on legs... I think it's called a Gonk.

I heard some idiots on the bus saying the original films on DVD were terrible.
I swear I've never judged someone to be a complete cabbage so strongly before that moment.

Mace Windu is my fav because he's played by Sam Jackson.

I like Episode II better than Episode I, I would have liked Episode one if it was not for that bloody Gungan and the screwing up C-3P0's Extended Universe with a lazy ass plot device.

I think Han Solo is probably my favorite character, both in the movies and EU. I love the Han Solo trilogy by Brian Daley. Vader and Fett are badass as well.

@Faze: They were obviously idiots. I was pissed with some of the chages too, but they in no way ruined the films.

I had a friend who was a big sci-fi and fantasy fan who loved Jar-Jar. His whole family did, in fact. It's odd, because he normally had such good taste.

Edit: the past tense in referring to him is because he moved, not because he is no longer a friend due to... differences of opinion.

I don't really mind any of the changes given to Star Wars, with the exception of Greedo. The space battles, always my favourite part of Star Wars, looked even better.
On a side note, has anybody read the Graphic Novel 'Star Wars Underworld: The Yavin Vassilika'?

Ah, damn. It is Gold Leader. I knew there was something odd about the nose. And the big gold circles on his helmet.

Though I liked Porkins and Darklighter better. If those two survived, there zany KFC eating gay porn star moustache wearing antics would have made them get places higher up in the Rebellion.

You're both wrong. His name was Theron Nett, and his callsign was Red 10. He was Red Leaders wingman and was exploded by Darth Vader. Gold Leader's name was Hutch. The newbie pilot was called Tiree.
Score one for obscure Star Wars knowledge.

Jump To Lightspeed is available for those lucky Americans and by the sound of it, It might just save SWG from dropping off the A Class MMORPG list.

You have 22 flyable ships to choose from, a large amount of fighters, 4 Multiplayer Ships and two 2 player Ships to choose from. Mmmm, choice.

Now, if only they can sort out the mass population of Jedi and upgrade the combat system.

My suggestion is get the NPC Vader OUT of the Emperors retreat and into a small Jedi purge.

Also, Quit giving the role of Jedi to the l33t powergamer grinder and give it to decent people who know how to ACT like a proper Jedi and RP. Nothing pisses a SW Fan off more than seeing a man in boxers with a Light Sabre acting like a retarded jerk.

Thank god Bounty Hunters ream these assholes with there E11's and Teras Kasii skills seconds later.

Heh, I love Bounty Hunters. If I finally manage to get SWG, that's what I'm going to try to be. I've got this nice RP storyline worked out, too.  :)
Can you make hybrid character classes, ie Teri Kasii Artist/Carbineer?

The class system is cool, you start with some basic classes (Medic, Entertainer, Marksman, Scout, Brawler and Artisan) and when you master it you get the choice of choosing the 2 or 3 Hybred classes attached to your chosen first class (EG: Marksman=Carabineer+Rifleman+Pistoleer=Bounty Hunter+Smuggler+Sniper). And all those skills are under one basic skill.

At the moment, I'm a Medic Carabineer who's going to learn Brawling and Teras Kasii so I can then train to be a Commando.

In short, hell yes. Just depends on the time and money you have. You can also learn the skills from players for free, in return you get apprentice points that allow you to be trained in the last slot in your class and become master, complete with  shiny badge attached to profile.

I saw the Episode III trailer. It's wasn't bad, but it was just the standard "quick clips of lots of random stuff," though at the beginning is a longer sequence about the creation of Darth Vader, with Alec Guinness's dialogue from the original Star Wars and clips from the other movies.

I hope it does, because the last 2 movies didn't do the series any justice at all. Even I, lost some respect for the series when the last 2 movies came out. Don't get me wrong, Star Wars is still up there, when it comes to my favorite movies, but the last 2 movies hurt it for me.

Enough rambling for me, good screens though.

Could SW III end the SW franchise on an awesome note?  I know I've been critical of the CGI before, but those shots look freakin' sweet!
