I couldn't find a thread like this, but if one exists, please point me in its direction. Anyway, this thread is exactly what it says. Tell me which TV relationship is the best.
For me, it's a tie between the Fry/Leela relationship (of course!) and, for those of you who have heard of it, the Fran Fine/Maxwell Sheffield relationship on The Nanny. They're both basically the same, but with a few exceptions.
In The Nanny, the woman (Fran), longs for the guy (Maxwell), as opposed to Fry and Leela's relationship (Fry longing for Leela). Second, in The Nanny, Maxwell and Fran kissed many times before starting a relationship. As all shippers are brutally aware of, Fry and Leela came close to kissing two times (In "A Flight to Remember" and "X-Mas Story" ), but never actually had a passionate kiss (of course, Leela kissed Fry in "Time Keeps on Slippin", and "The Why of Fry", with a few other little moments creeping in).
Anyway, if this thread already exists, please redirect me to it.

I'd say the ones in Scrubs are pretty realistic.

I forgot to say this earlier, but relationships from movies are up for discussion, too.
Also, three of the affairs from The Simpsons were funny and made for interesting episodes. I'm talking about Marge and Jauques (Life on the Fast Lane" ), Lurleen and Homer ("Colonel Homer" )
and Homer and Mindy ("The Last Temptation of Homer" ).

(No offense).

Anyways, Fry and Leela are generally good obviously, although I think they could've developed it more from Leela's angle.  Homer and Marge are also good (even if they're obviously already "together" by the beginning of the series).  Also was partial to Kevin and Winnie on The Wonder Years.

Fry/Leela, Buffy/Angel, and Niles/Daphne.

I guess that that's more of an "interesting" (as in kinda' stupid) relationship. "Compelling" is actually referring to Futurama and the Fry/Leela thing. I actually think that The Nanny was an okay show, but the relationship was just funny (as in weird). It doesn't out-do Fry and Leela's relationship, though. It's no where near as complex.
