I hate doing these lists cause I know t hat I am g oing to forget a bunch of things that i really like. As soon as someone else posts I am going to say "damn, why did I forget that one?". Well here is my list as of now.

5. The Critic
6. Lupin the 3rd
7. The Young Ones

I do not watch enough TV to have 10 favorite shows... But here'S my top 5

1 Futurama
2 The Simpsons
3 3x Rien
4 Ce soir on joue
5 Les Bougon

Number 3,4 and 5 are Québecois shows (aka French Canadian) and unlike the rest of our local tv shows, they are good.
