I, Robot comes out this Friday and I'm already reading the novel.  I'm looking forward to these movie because robots are cool.  It is a shame that FOX is making this movie and yet refuse to do a Futurama movie.  Also, I would love to see a reference to Bender in the movie, like Futurama airing on a TV with Bender on it,  It would a scene like in One Hour Photo where they show a episode of the Simpsons, but I highly doubt that.

But a man can dream...

Inuyasha: The Love That Transcends Time is going to be released in America soon.  It probably won't be shown in any of the theaters around here, but maybe I'll get to see it when it comes out on DVD or something.

What is this HHGGTG or whatever book being turned into a movie? If your going to do that please think of the culturally deprived who will have NO idea what you are talking about...

I saw the Shrek 2 and King Arthur movies. King Arthur was good, not great, but not a waste of money or anything. That girl who played Guenivere did one hell of a job though.... she was scarier then most of the knights. Shrek 2 started out a little slow but finished well, but I don't agree with all those people who swore to me it was better then the first one. The original was much more consistently funny for me.  Was definitely fun though, especially after Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots showed up.

I saw just a poster for Blade 3 supposedly coming out in December? I love vampire movies so, yeah, I will be looking forward to that, and hope they don't make it into some horrible mutation like Los Muertes was.(From Dusk til Dawn 3)

D'oh! I read that.... like 15 years ago. It confused and did not amuse me. Maybe I am too straightforward; subtlety is not my strong suit. Thanks for the info David A.

I am warming to that new Pixar film after seeing a couple new teasers; I like Pixar a lot but you figure they are going to make a bomb sooner or later right?? I doubt it will be the best they've done but it looks like it has potential to be some fun.

I'm looking forward to seeing Team America: World Police, since the Thunderbirds movie is sorely lacking in that charming marionettes factor, this will sort of make up for it. Who does that, though? That's like if someone decided to make a live action Simpsons movie, it just doesn't work. That, and Trey Parker and Matt Stone make damned good movies.

well, it'll most likely be a few years, but Spiderman 3. For some reason Spiderman 2 just looked like the only decent movie to watch recently. First movie I've seen in the theater since last November.

Hellboy is out in the next week or so on DVD in the UK. I know people there who got it today because they mail ordered it in advance.
I 'll be picking up my copy Stateside next Tuesday.
I've been a huge  fan of the comic since Day One, and I loved the movie.

The Fantastic Four movie is now cast and should start shooting in August/September.

HHGTTG.
My towel is ready.

I'm a big fan of all things PIXAR.
The Incredibles is gonna be a blast.
Next up for them is Cars.

I'm gonna go see Constantine, but I'm not gonna like Keanu in it.
They shoulda cast a Brit.

In addition to "I, Robot", FOX will release a CGI movie, "Robots", on March 11, 2005.  Trying to captialize on their successful CGI movie, Ice Age.

Once again this is a chance to make a reference to Bender (Maybe they could air on episode on a TV set from a TV store type thing), but since FOX hates Futurama, they won't.

Yeah, Ice Age was pretty awful.  The only really great CGI animated movies so far have been from Pixar.

There are these two bazillion dollar making movies...maybe you've heard of them...called, oh, I dunno...Shrek? Shrek 2?
Dreamworks does quite well too, not just Pixar.

Shrek 1 and 2 are alright. And maybe they did well at the box office, but for sheer CGI quality, nobody can beat Pixar. I'm with DotheBartman on this one.
Don't go by sales or what the genreal public seems to like.
That's why you have shows like Futurama or Brimstone no longer on the air, and shows like Joe Friggin' Millionaire and I married a Fidget from the North Pole go on and on and on....

This is not a Disney movie. It's Dreamworks and it's directed by Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future, Rorrest Gump). Apparently all the actors were shot like in a normal movie and then they were animated.

To my knowlegde, the movie is based on a well-received children's book.  So I guess it can't suck completely...
