It was the Borg in "First Contact" that send a signal to the Borg homeworld in the 21st century. Using a subspace interplexing beacon they could apparantly communicate instantly with their kin on the other side of the Universe, provided the primitive Borg of that era could decipher the signal. And knowing the Borg and their succs-rate I'd say they couldn't.

I missed the episode where T'Pol gets a red uniform-I haven't watched Enterprise in a while-but I like how they're quietly advancing every small detail of the star trek world (i.e., the red uniform is the precursor to the red uniform worn by Uhura in the original series). And WHOO-anyone see the episode last wed.? DAMN! I don't recall Seven Of Nine doing that! (although, I didn't watch voyager that much anyways, so if she did, someone contradict me...)

well, they might have to do that soon... And T'Pol got busy with Trip... this is a transcript of the episode preview: [Text: 'PASSIONS RUN DEEP'] [Tucker puts his hands on the sleeveless arms of a woman.] [T'Pol glances over the rim of a mug.] Tucker: "Is everyone on this ship watching us?" [Reed raises his arms in exasperation.] [Hayes walks into a room full of equipment.] Hayes: "Why won't you let me do my job?" [Hayes pins Reed to the floor.] [A planet appears in a schematic on a viewscreen.] [Enterprise travels through space.] [Reed aims a weapon.] [Song lyrics: 'THERE'S A WORLD OUTSIDE OF YOU'] [The woman pats Tucker on the rear end.] [T'Pol watches.] [T'Pol rests her hands on Tucker's shoulders.] Tucker: "A little jealous?" [T'Pol rests her hands on Tucker's shoulders.] [T'Pol presses the alert outside a door.] [The woman moves toward the door.] T'Pol: "I don't experience jealousy." [T'Pol drops her robe to the floor in front of a naked Tucker.] [The image blurs and fades.]

Save Enterprise?
Stop Enterprise is more appropriate, or at least stop polluting the Star Trek Time line and do some cool stuff like the founding of the federation.

it's happened: www.saveenterprise.com Woo-hoo! Along with Marina Sirtis' recent comment that they won't be making any more Star Trek movies for a long time (thanks to the mediocre-ness of Nemesis) this might actually mean we'll get a break from Star Trek!

After the Star Wars and Tomb Raider Prequels I realised that this prequel thing was the the next big hit in the movie studios, and that Star Trek would follow. There were rumours that George Takei would star in a post-TOS,pre-TNG series. I remember thinking Oooh noo.
