New thread, as the old one has completed its run.  My quote, for the third time:

Cop 1: His brain's not workin' too good right now, but from what I can tell, [another character] bet him ten t'ousand dollars he couldn't do what he did.
Cop 2: Which was what?
Cop 1: Drink whatever it is he's t'rowing up dere.

I seem to remember someone saying the "Cop 1" lines to Denzel Washington. So I guess Mr. Washington must have been "Cop 2"... but it is all very vague.

I was just trying to move things along.  You had given hints and still no one had gotten it.  It was time to let someone else have a turn.

If he's close, then I'll guess Training Day, even though I've never seen it.

Hmmm, I might not have been totally clear with the "Keep going..." What I meant was something that'd add up to clarify that OC_James was right and that he should go fetch us a quote.

Ah, yes.  Cannibal! The Musical.  That is some funny shit.  My favourite line is:

"When things get really bad and the world looks its darkest, you just have to throw up your hands and say "Well, alright!" cause it's probably gonna get a whole hell of a lot worse."

I can't believe my friends hated "Cannibal" when I showed it to them. From what they've told me, aside from the blanket statement "it was bad," they didn't like the cheap feel of it. What the hell is that?

M'kay, one cult film quote coming right up.  smile

Man 1: [gesticulates] You do not need guns.
Man 2: Maybe we think we do.
Man 1: They would be of no use to you now.
Man 2: They've been mighty useful before on flesh and blood, and you two look like you've got a lot of both.
