What TV series do you own every episode? (or plan to own, if all eps not released yet).

Waiting for the Region 1 editions of Seasons 3 & 4 of Futurama on DVD, I thought about what other TV series us PEELERS have ever wanted to own every episode of....

For myself, these are a must on DVD:
Original 'The Twilight Zone'
Original 'Star Trek'
Space 1999
Babylon 5
Farscape

Series I own in completion
Futurama
Farscape (sans the yet un produced final four episodes)
Cowboy Bebop
Record of Lodoss war
Tenchi Muyo OVA

There far to much stuff I want to list here though.

On DVD:
Star Trek: TNG (7 seasons)
Futurama (4 seasons)

On DVD/video:
Cheers (11 seasons)
M*A*S*H (11 seasons)
Frasier (10 seasons to date)

On video
Star Trek: DS9 (7 seasons)
Becker (5 seasons to date)
Enterprise (2 seasons to date, but it's so lousy I might tape over them)

In addition, I have 5 seasons of Friends on DVD, and I plan to collect them all.

DVD
Futurama
Spaced
Phoenix Nights

The Young Ones
Father Ted
Filthy, Rich and Catflap

I plan to collect the DVD's of Friends (I have just the first half of Season 7, so far), and The Office, Bo Selecta and complete my collection of Chris Morris stuff (by buying "Jam" on DVD - I have "Brass Eye" and "The Day Today" already).

Well, obviously I own all of Futurama on DVD, but I also have every episode of Red Dwarf on VHS (though it's only taped off of TV for VIII. Ugh.). and I had every episode of The X-Files from the first 4 series taped as well. Both are two series which I hope to get on DVD as soon as I get disposable income.

Quantum Leap would be a series I wouldn't mind owning on DVD, as I have loads of tapes of that as well...

EDIT: Oh, I also have access to all of the Blackadder episodes thanks to my wonderful girlfriend.

I bought all the episodes of Futurama and Family Guy and the first four series of South Park, excluding the first tape.

I recorded series 5 of South Park off the TV, I also recorded Blackadder, Red Dwarf, Faulty Towers and Edge of Darkness.

The two I have complete on DVD are Futurama (the crown jewel of my DVD collection) and Robotech.  I have the first two seasons of Stargate SG-1 on DVD, but their expense has kept me from getting the others so far.  Oh, I also have the first two seasons of The Simpsons, but I won't get all the DVDs since I don't like the last few seasons.  Besides, I'll probably be dead by the time they get to the later seasons anyways.

There's lots of stuff I would love to own on DVd but I can't really afford it. The ones I can't resist though are:

Babylon 5- I have the first three seasons on DVD and have to buy them as soon as they come out now.
Futurama- Every season except the fourth, and that should be coming for Christmas (well, I had to save something for then! And besides, it gives me something to look forward to.)
Farscape- I got the first season and half of the second season before they re-released them with EXTRA COMMENTARIES!!! Now, I'm contemplating selling off my old DVD's and buying the new box sets when they all come out.

The only series I own completely is Futurama  :)

But I plan on getting all the Blackadder episodes too. Either that or series 2, 3 and 4. I wasn't so keen on the first series of Blackadder. And Fawlty Towers would be a program I'd love to own in the future too  :)

Futurama and Family Guy are the only complete series that I own. I'd loved to get all the Star Trek TNG and DS9 box-sets, but the costs are so prohibitive. I'll probably buy all the Simpsons DVD sets as they come out as well.

I only bought my DVD Player because of the Futurama DVD's and I don't have any DVD besides them.
I never bought a VHS/DVD before and I guess long time will pass before I'll do it again...

Ive got All 4 Season of Futurama.

Season 1-3 of The Simpsons (That's all the ones released so far, i'll get them all eventually as they are slowly released)

I have both Series of The Office
And Season 4,5 & 6 of Friends (I plan to get them all soon, they're all really cheap at the moment)

I'd like to buy all the South park sets eventually, but I don't own any right now.

All these once all the seasons are released on DVD:
Futurama
South Park
Mr. Show

I'll probably pick up Viva La Bam too, if they release full season DVD sets for that too.

*Edit* Does anyone have any idea if they're gonna release "Puppets Who Kill" on season DVD sets? Useually The Comedy Network doesn't release season DVD sets, but you know, it did win a Gemini (Canadian version of Emmys) for "Best Writing In A Comedy Series".

Wonderbee31, you have word that Star Trek:TOS is coming out as complete box sets next year? (seasons 1, 2, 3)

I've called Paramonut Video several times and they said they have not planned doing that as yet.

I got fed up waiting for complete seasons and started buying the 2 eps per disc volumes.  :(

I forgot to list the original 1960's Outer Limits. That series scared the $#!~ out of me as a kid back then...

Well, maybe Paramount marketing is just leading us on, but, in isue 147 of Star Trek Communicator, there's an advertisement for the dvd sets so far, ST:TOS movies, TNG, and DS9, and in the bottom left corner, there's a blurb that says, "Coming throughout 2004, Star Trek and, Star Trek: "Voyager" on DVD.  Available in Individual Season Box Sets.

On the Star Trek BBS, the Mod there has a listing of Fall 2004 for the Region 2 sets.  These advertisements are in US magazines, so I'm assuming R1 will be out sometime sooner maybe. <crosses fingers>

Yeah, Outer Limits of the 1960's was awesome, scarier than most movies these days.

According to DVD Review, the TOS and Voyager boxsets will be out in Europe in 2004, and the US usually gets Star Trek stuff a couple of months before we do.

I have all of Babylon 5 on VHS (Columbia House) and intend to get it on DVD when I see proof that Season 5 will be produced. And can get rid of the tapes for even 10% of what I paied for them. (Anyone? please tapes take up so much damn space.)

On DVD I have The Tick live action(instant series collection that.) Working on Futurama, South Park, Monty Python (though very lazily), Mr. Show.

Don't want any more of robotech then the Macross part which I have, And the simpsons Season 3 through probably 8.

And I'm waiting to start News Radio at the top of 2004, Invader Zim, And Scrubs whenever that comes along. Going to have to Hit Ikea again soon for more shelf.

Oh and though I'm sure it will never happen, all of "'Allo, 'Allo" on DVD would be great.

"Allo, Allo" was a cool comedy. Sort of like MASH, but in WW2. Watched it on PBS here.

I think Futurama is the only show I'll be completing. Even classic shows like Seinfeld, i'd probably skip the first couple seasons. And Farscape is great, but way to much damn money. Right now I only have season 2.5("Liars Guns & Money" = the shit). Maybe someday, when I hit the lottery, I will buy more.

Although, thinking about this subject further, that Critic DVD set sounds interesting. There are probably some other short-lived TV shows that I'd buy too.
