I just seen Eminem and D12’s new video  - My Band. The video was so funny and Eminem was really sexy in it.     <IMG SRC="http://www.peelified.com/ubb/smiley_love.gif">

...Ironic....

Anyway, new Distillers video (which also happens to be my favorite song on the album, which i may review) is pretty cool.  Same with the latest Unseen video...mmm, mohawks...

On the other hand, I was disappointed with the new apc video...not that The Bikini Bandits were in it, I've been a long time G-Mart fan  :p, but I was expecting it to be different than that :P

The music video for Weird Al Yankovic's "Headline News" is my favorite. I've seen it at least 20 times in the last 3 months.   :D

I love the video to the Beastie Boys new single; 'Ch-Check It Out'. Reminds me a bit of the 'Sabotage' vid too. The song also rules, and nice hard beats...

The new Linkin Park video (jesus christ, how many videos is that  ) is really cool looking, my favorite yet. Though I am sick of their music, the animation is stunning nonetheless.

I haven't watched music videos in a while, but I saw a bunch the other day and some were surprisingly good.  Jay-Z's 99 Problems made me want to be Rick Rubin, and I've never liked a rap video before.  The Beastie Boys new video didn't impress me, but I liked Franz Ferdinand's and I was very surprised to find myself liking Modest Mouse's Float On, but I was puzzled that it was billed the "feel good video of the summer" when it's all sheep being herded into trucks, presumably for the slaughter.

Of course you all know that the greatest video ever is still the Gap Band's Party Train.

I like Gorillaz, Eminem, Outkast and Weird Al videos.
Others I can't turn off when they come on..
Modest Mouse- Float On[Not very feel good, no.. but cool]
Petey Pablo- Freak a Leek
Norah Jones- Sunrise
Bumblebeez- Pony Ride
Franz Ferdinand- Take Me Out

Britney's Everytime was pretty, but it can't hold a candle to Toxic. It's funny.. In "Everytime" and No Doubt's "It's My Life"[another awesome one], people die and are magically ressurected in the end. Odd.

They supported Radiohead when I saw them. And god they were horrible!  :laff: If I remember correctly:

Bumblebeez Singer: And this is a song called Pony Ride.
Crowd Member: Ride your pony off the fucking stage!

I'm suprised they finished off their set. At the end they just stormed off. No goodbye or anything. Good riddence too! I would have paid NOT to see them. Why on earth they were picked to support Radiohead no one knows.

On the subject of Radiohead, a cool video I saw recently was their video for Motion Picture Soundtrack.

I like "Envy", but that's got more of Charlotte in it.

Orpheus is a great video though, and I love Ash anyways.

Yeah I was at that concert, they were fucking dreadful, The Bumblebeez that is. What the fuck was that afro guy doing? Anyway it was a stupid decision to have them open to a band as brilliant as Radiohead.

On topic, my favourite videos are basically all Radiohead. They are pretty much all brilliant except for the ones where it's just them on stage (Creep, 2+2=5) Even they are pretty good.

"Californication" by red hot chilli peppers, because it must have cost a load and taken ages to make (all in CGI). Plus it looks pretty good, it's all meant to be a video game featuring the band members.

Some music channels are showing some Euro football songs. Yesterday I saw the video of Fat Les – Vindaloo. I haven’t seen that video for ages and I use to love it every time the video shows on TV.

I only watch half of the video because my mum told me to turn it over. She hated that song.

I got friends who are way into him.  Sending each other Johnny McGovern shirts and whatnot to question each others' sexuality.  Anyway, they showed me the "soccer practice" video a while back.  It's funny, but I don't think I get it.

Edit: the greatest video ever is still the Gap Band's Party Train.

Sorry, I know this threads not been posted on in a while, but I&#8217;d like to add a my favourites.
Feel free to ignore me!

Pearl Jam &#8211; Jeremy. Saw this a long, long time after hearing the song. Felt the video fitted the song perfectly. Wonderful imagery, left me thinking about the song afterwards.

Pearl Jam &#8211; Do the Evolution &#8211; Saw this before I&#8217;d had a proper chance to listen and digest the song. Certainly not what I&#8217;d expected. Wonderful artwork by McFarlane, and had quite a profound effect on me. Lots to think about in that.

The above two are perfect examples of why Pearl Jam should make more music vids (not like the last one&#8217;s, which while decent enough, weren&#8217;t anything special.)

Creed &#8211; With Arms Wide Open. Fantastic cinematography, spot on effects. Only criticism is the lead singer (name escapes me). Don&#8217;t know why, he just didn&#8217;t look right.

Foo&#8217;s &#8211; Learning to Fly. If the Foo&#8217;s should be remembered for something, it should be this. Epitomised what the band means to me &#8211; fun fun fun! The band seem to be having a right laugh!

Dire Straits &#8211; Money for Nothing. Surprised to see this mentioned (along time ago!) already. I remember watching it as a kid, and was quite excited when I had a chance to see it again. Was a bit disappointed that SFX werent as good as I&#8217;d remembered, but considering this is about 17? years old, still a massive achievement. And yes, I remember it being quite scary!

Tenacious D &#8211; Wonderboy. Its Meatloaf! 1st time I saw this, I didn&#8217;t know they were a comedy band. Didn&#8217;t quite know what was going on for the 1st half. Top stuff!

Weird Al &#8211; Pretty much anything he&#8217;s made a video for. Comedy genius!

The Streets &#8211; Dunno name of the song. Saw this a few weeks back &#8211; song is about pot being illegal/alcohol being legal. Very unusual video. Personally, legalities of smoking pot have no interest to me, but it was quite a clever video (though the song does very little for me)

Sorry, bit long winded. I&#8217;m not really this dull usually!

Oh yeah, the Money for Nothing one is creepy... all that crude 3-d animation, and the lack of lips... it's robots wearing human suits...

And I have little else to contribute to this thread, as haven't seen many music videos at all... SHOCK!
