simpsons S3 dvd easter eggs (can you help me)

I have a problem accessing it
i've read about how to do it

 "press the following number sequence on the main menu screen (wait for the menu music to start up again after each number): 84763."
Last but not least is another number based Easter Egg. On disc 4 jump to the Special Features menu and enter ‘742’

but i dont have a standard dvd, just a playstation 2, and i dont have a proprer, remote, just the controller
so the most i can do is press select button,
that brings up an option to enter a numerical code, but it only allows for 2 digits so it doesn't make sense to enter 84762.
it may be just diffrent regions not having it
but i'm sure it doesn't matter for this one
so if anyone can help me out i'd appreciate
