Im more concerned with the impending Bret Hart DVD. And you guys thought that the Ric Flair and Mick Foley DVD's were good...

I don't know that a Bret Hart DVD will be better than Ric or Mick's. Bret is just a TAD bit over rated, especially since he was a fluke champion. But that has always been my opinion.

I don't think that WWE has confirmed the DVD yet, but they are in talks with Bret about it. I think it would be a good chance to see some stampede footage.

I think the WWF (yes I still call it that)has changed slot since the 90s. In the 90s you actually believed that the stuff happening was real but now in 2004 it obvious that it's fake. Some of these guys are really over acting like Kurt Angle in this week's Smackdown. Once you realize it's fake it changes your whole view on it.

Also did anyone notice that they're acting like the "attitude era" never existed. I mean come on, there was some great matches and happenings during that time period, one that I liked alot was Stone Cold returning and then turing evil siding with Vince McMhanon, that made me hate Stone Cold for the first time and how it also went into  the whole WCW/ECW Alliance thing was great.

If you EVER believed that Kane, a 7 foot burn victim fighting his zombie brother is more "believeable" than the current WWE product, then I have no idea what is wrong with you.

WWE was and always should be accepted a show, like all the others you see on TV.

I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just saying that the only thing that has changed is you and me, we have gotten older and we know better now.

Oh god....

The reason people didn't like the invasion is because it was a piece of crap. The "Invasion" was supposed to be WCW vs WWF which is what everyone wanted to see. But when the acctual battle came around, who was on the WCW side? Austin, Angle, Shane, And booker T and RVD thrown in there just for the hell of it.

The invasion was trash because all it was was Vince trying to deface the WCW guys and kill them once and for all which he did to many.  The invasion could have been the biggest thing to ever happen to wrestling, but Vince had too much pride.

But it isn't all his fault, it is also the fault of guys like Hogan, Sting and Goldberg who sat around on their lazy asses receiving their time warner checks for two years instead of joining their comrads and helping an angle which really needed them.

Invasion would have been great, if Flair got to lead it. And Goldberg, Sting, Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan were the top teir guys. Along with Booker T and Rhyno and all of the other guys participating in matches that weren't just squashes.

Actually, I thought the whole invasion thing was a piece of crap.  Don't get me wrong, I liked some of the matches; RVD vs. Jeff Hardy, Storm/Awesome vs. Edge/Christian.  Team WWF vs. Team WCW at Invasion. However, the idea of calling this whole thing Invasion, WCW vs. WWF is laughable.  Mcmahon bought WCW, so in other words you couldn't call it WCW since it longer existed.  I knew that Booker T, RVD, and such were now apart of the WWE. It is just as corny as that Raw vs. Smackdown rumble a few weeks ago.

I might have liked it so much because I hated WCW.

I was younger back then so that may be why wrestling was more believeable but today they really seem to be overacting in my opinion.

I liked the WWF back before the Fonz was the centre of attention and the action was based around the Cunninghams as a real family, y'know? Then after a while, you felt that the writers just gave up and it all became very unconvincing.

No No NO! You have your own thread, please go spam in and destroy it!!

Strangely, I didn't see a Hirohito promo last week. Maybe they scraped the idea, but I hope not, Kenzo Suzuki would have been a great addition to the WWE roster.

I think I may be one of the only supporters of the new JBL. I think he has got great potential and he's one of the only reasons I watch smackdown right now.

I too like the JBL angle, he's much more entertaining than the old APA.

Oh about this "Hirohito" angle... Fuck you Vince you moneyhungry dumbass. You really expect this stupid angle to work?! WW2 happened almost 65 YEARS AGO! We've gotten over it! Germany/Russia/USA/Japan ARE FRIENDS NOW!!

Fucking retard!....

I agree, it's offensive. But are you really THAT offended? This is the company that had HHH screwing a corpse. And I won't even discuss that whole Al Wilson fiasco...

I think that though the Hirohito thing is a bad idea. It will be a good way to bring in a good wrestler. So long as they use him and don't just build him up and destroy him like WWE seems to love doing.

Mordecai will be played by OVW's Seven. The character is essentially the opposite of Undertaker. The gimmick will probably flop as I heard he was not that great in the ring and that he will probably be used to be squashed by taker

Kenzo Suzuki is from New Japan. He is very talented but I'm sure WWE will ask him to water is down. I also heard a rumor today about possibly having Kensuke Sasaki as his bodygaurd!! That would be the most awesome thing.

RAW is looking really good lately. Last night was awesome. The Eugene segment made it for me, that was just hilarious. And the main event was dynamite. A great show. Let's hope that Smackdown can improve.

I heard that the grave belonged to Papa Shango, and Booker T was going to adopt a voodo type gimmick with Shango as his mentor. Merely speculation and rumors at this point though.

I hear the TNA is going to be using a six sided ring on their new show. Sounds interesting, could either be a disaster, or something that freshens up the business a bit; Only time will tell. I hope a Canadian network picks up TNA: Impact so I can check it out, you lucky yanks  :p.

I'd say Kane. HHH is fighting HBK in a hell in the cell match at Badd Blood and no one else is really deserving of the title.

What about Chris Jericho?  It would be great to see a Jericho/Benoit match.  Kane/Benoit does seem like a idea as well.  I hope HHH doesn't become champion for a long time.  It was boring with him as champion.  It is time for other stars to get their shot.

When is Evolution going to break up?  NWO, DX, Four Horsemen, all those groups didn't last forever. I picture a feud between HHH and Randy Orton over a shot at the world's title.  Orton reminds of how the Rock acted when he was IC champion and was apart of the Nation of Domination and was starting to have a problem with Faarooq.  I wished it was just the Rock vs. Orton as Wrestlemania XX.  That would have much better than having Mick Foley involved.

I wouldn't put too much stock in Orton vs HHH. Give Orton time, he'll get his chance down the road. For now, there are a lot of other guys who deserve the spot more.

I would like to see Rhyno win it, the title that is. Then we could see a Jericho vs Rhyno feud, which would be cool IMO.

Kane won the battle royal and from what I've seen from the battle royal, these are dream matches I want to see in the near future:

Batista vs. Kane
Batista vs. Rhyno
Shelton vs. Orton
Kane vs. HHH

these were possible matches I made up just from watching the battle royal.  That is what is wrong with the WWE, then don't give the people what they want until it is too late.

Hart vs. Michaels II- it took a year and half and Bret Hart left the WWE so we could never see it again.

Severn vs. Shamrock- both had a win over the other, but the match ended in DQ

Brock vs. Goldberg- their first and last match in the WWE

Austin vs. Hogan-- a match I wanted to see since Hogan returned, but never happened

Scott Steiner vs. Goldberg II- became a handicap match at the last minute and Test was pinned by Goldberg.

WWE never gives the people what they want, like they used to, until it is too late.

Well, no sense in getting mad at missed opportunities. Hogan vs Austin was never going to happen and we all knew that. The egos were just too big and you couldn't just promote that kind of match at a normal PPV either. Angle vs Hogan was very cool though.

Brock vs Goldberg is a very good example. The match was GOD awful but the way they promoted it was just perfect. Had the two been more professional, then the match would have been a screaming success.

One other note is that I'll never forgive WCW for never having Hart vs. Hogan.   When Bret Hart came to the WCW I was hoping they would have him take on Hogan.  But they put it off.  They fought on Nitro, but Sting came in and ruined it.  Then Hart gets a head injury, in which he can never wrestle and they gets a stroke years later.  We'll never know who was the bigger star.  My friend who is a big fan, came up with his dream battle royal of stars he'd like to see compete.

Batista
Brock
Goldberg
Scott Steiner
Test
Matt Morgan
Nathan Jones
Big Show
A Train
Undertaker
Kane

and others

Man...the real loser of the match would be the crowd! lol.

Wrestlemania 20 was great. But to me, WM18 had a lot of dream matches going for it. I think they could do that for WMXXI (have I got my numerals right?) I think WMXXI should have more interpromotional matches.

Here's how I would like the card to look:

Triple H vs Eddie Guerrero
Cena vs Orton
Undertaker vs Goldberg (I know, I know. But hey, this is my dream card!)
HBK vs Kurt Angle
Jericho vs Matt Hardy
Flair vs Rock
Steven Regal vs Benoit

ok, I know the last one is just me being hopeful. But I would really love to see that match happen sometime in my lifetime. I know I have said this waaay to many times, but I grew up watching Regal. I hated him so much, but now I realize that he is great for that very reason. I love the guy, and I pray that he is back in the ring soon.

Whats going to happen to Eddie now after the incident on SmackDown?

Originally posted by smackdown.wwe.com:
Four days removed from Judgment Day, the health of Eddie Guerrero was on the minds of everyone. Unfortunately, Guerrero's health became an even greater issue by the time SmackDown! went off the air on Thursday night. A backstage attack on Guerrero, presumably by John Bradshaw Layfield, left the WWE Champion unconscious just prior to the start of his match. By order of Mr. Angle, the match Guerrero was scheduled for started without him. Down a man, Guerrero's partners, Rey Mysterio and Rob Van Dam, battled the Dudley Boyz and JBL as best they could. Then out of nowhere, the relentless Guerrero made his way to the ring. Eddie looked to be fully recovered from the attack, as he mounted much offense. Just as it looked like Eddie, Mysterio and RVD were going to pick up the win, Eddie turned pale white. Unable to support himself any longer, the champion dropped to his knees, then his back. While down, Guerrero's eyes began to roll into the back of his head. With the exception of Layfield, concern was on the face of everybody involved. JBL, on the other hand, simply dropped on top of Guerrero for the pinfall victory. Paramedics tended to the fallen WWE Champion as SmackDown! drew to an emotional close.

I saw RAW and I have a few things to say.  Is Regal in support of Eugene?  I thought he didn't like being his manager.  Does he like being his mentor, or is he going to stab him in the back in the near future?

Is Lita going to go with Kane?  Will she be at ringside when Kane faces Beniot at Badd Blood?

Is Christian injuried for a long time?  Is this problem solver going Trish's new love interest?
