Agreed, it's got Dusty, Hogan, Warrior and Sting, this game had BETTER be good. I love the old school sting outfits. I just hope they fix the gameplay. 3rd TOTPD EVER

I'm gonna watch WMXX this year, as I missed last year and I normally make the effort. Plus it's on my birthday.

Only the PPV's which were sold to Channel Four (for a year, I think) are the ones which we have to pay for, all the rest are free.

I don’t watch WWE much but I am watching it right now. I want to get Stone Cold’s little buggy. I think it is really cute and it will be fun to drive around with. Shame that I won’t be able to watch WrestleMania because I haven’t got Sky Sports on my cable. Edit - 1 hour later: OH MY GOD THE ROCK IS BACK!!!!! Still watching WWE on Sky1 and it was a very big surprise. I got very exited when I so him running down the ring Joining Mick Foley. Awww now I want to see WrestleMania really bad. Hmm I might have to ask my mum and dad if I can stay at theirs over night or can anybody tape it for me? ------------------ My Photos And Arts Site

WWE will be unveiling their new logo at Wrestlemania. I guess they want to signify the "End" of the attitude era. R.I.P Ray Hernandez (AKA Hercules Hernandez) it's so sad to see all of the 80's guys go.

WWE acctually tried to reach an agreement with Goldberg, but because of obligations in Japan, nothing could be reached. So expect WMXX to be his last match.
Goldust's contract would have expired in January. WWE made it pretty vocal that they would not be resigning him either. They acctually ended up firing him early!

He's been working in Japan between jobs for some time now. He acctually joined WWE as a way of trying to escape his obligations in Japan, but WWE made him go.

A shocking announcement. As of wrestlemania Brock Lesner will no longer be wrestling for WWE to persue a career in the NFL.

That is a shock.
I read the article on PW Torch, and he's had enough of the schedule, and the other wrestlers are not sad to see him go, as he's been stressed and tetchy in recent months.
Should this be a wake-up call for Vince? He's had the hugest push for a (relative) youngster since The Rock.
The match with Goldberg will make interesting viewing, with it being both his and Lesnars last in the WWF.

Yeah, that is a big bummer. But this makes the match all the more unpredictable.
Wrestlemania is going to be great. Just me and my friends and a huge ass TV.
We're prepairing for it good too. I'm bringing over the Ric Flair DVD and Fire Pro wrestling D on saturday night. That's going to OWN.

In my opinion, the attitude era was dead long before WM XX. They tried the "Ruthless Agression" thing but that flopped. My guess is that WWE will begin a whole new campaign around they're younger guys like John Cena, but thats a pipe dream isn't it?
You hit the nail on the head with you comments. In my opinion, Canadians have gotten over it, but the last time WWE went to Canada they exploited the whole screwjob thing! Everyone was fine, but then they had to make a buck. Some Canadians still hold a grudge towards Shawn but very few, I would say that more Americans are upset at the whole screwjob thing, as they seem to dwell on it more, same goes for the Goldberg Starrcade incident.
It also doesn't help that Bret has his own column in the news paper where he runs his mouth every chance he gets. Go ahead, check out his article, he complains quite a bit still.

SPOILERS, for those who have yet to see. FINALLY BENOIT IS CHAMPION. Wrestlemania was great. Goldberg vs Brock....for my money, was the worst match in the HISTORY of pro wrestling and should be scratched from the DVD I swear. WM had the perfect ending with Eddie and Benoit as champions hugging in the ring together! What a great moment in sports entertainment history! And what a beautiful time to be a wrestling fan.

Yes he was there, and no, he was MUCH fatter. But Bobby the Brain lost a lot of weight!!
Undertaker just looked like Biker Taker. Which is what I expected. It's really not that bad! I mean, I don't get why everyone wants this undertake from 10 years ago! His entrance was great and his match was great.

As "plain-faced" as it's possible for Paul Bearer to look. Highlights/thoughts: - Despite Big Show always wrestling the same match, this time it was quite satisfying. Cena really didn't do enough damage for it to seem like a 'legit' win (if you can call a win with the help of brass knuckles legit), but the spectacle of a man that size lifting a man that size was pure David vs Goliath (a cliche they surprisingly avoided during the match itself). - At least one of the fatal 4-way tag matches should've been a table match. This one - Jericho vs Christian was a solidly enjoyable match, with great psychology and the calibre of show which these wonderful entertainers are reliably capable of putting on. Predictable twist, but at least the match ending itself wasn't. - Yes, i'm a total Foley mark, so I enjoyed seeing him again. I thought this match would be a better end to his career than the farce that was WM2000, but, you know, whatever. - Lesnar/Goldberg: Turns out the WWE didn't need to bury these guys, they were perfectly capable of doing it themselves. Great typical Stone Cold ending. Though, if someone had told you back at the height of the Raw/Nitro wars that Austin and Goldberg would share a couple of beers in the centre of the ring at WMXX, would you have honestly believed them? Worth it for that image alone. - Cruiserweight open had some nice little bits, but really needed to be longer. They had half an hour of free time at the end of the night, and these guys could have used that time on the biggest stage of the year. After all, did any of the 10 get a pop? Barely. Could've done so much more to try to get them over. - Guerrero/Angle was a slow builder, but totally satisfying. Further proof why these guys are (just about) at the top of the game. Anyone else think that this should've been switched on the card with Taker/Kane? - "Mark out moment" no2: Hearing one of the WWE's absolute fucking best themes again. I've been in love with Taker's classic intro most of my life, and it was wonderful to have it back. The match was nothing special, but it felt special. An achievement in itself. - HBK/HHH/Benoit: What more could you want from a main event? People felt that Michaels didn't deserve this chance, but in reality, this was Hunter/Benoit with an extra ingredient to give it more pace and 'bangs for your buck'. Benoit deserves everything he got: the title, the pops, the nice bump, and the happy ending. What a showcase.
