I loved the original DX theme, Razor Ramon, Ultimate Warrior, The Rockers, Brett Hart's old one, Owen Hart's newer theme (the danger one)....More to come when I remember them....!

TOTP Spidey swing....!!

Also I've just seen Summerslam, and Kane without his mask for the first time....

I thought his long hair was real all that time.... :hmpf:

I thought about this while I was at work last night.  Who's your favorite female valet/manager and/or wrestler?  For valets, I always liked Woman, she was a great heel manager and was sexy as hell to boot.  Female wrestler, Akira Hokuto was always great, followed closely by Bull Nakano, and Chyna in third.

Very shallow of me but I liked Sunny back in the day....she was cute without being to overdone like a lot of them these days....
Luna was cool too, gotta love punk chicks....!

I'll also admit having quite a crush on Sunny, she was cute, and perky, a lot like a cheerleader, and could play both 'face' and 'heel' roles equally well.

Yep, I'd go along with the Sunny admirers.  Tammy Sytch is cute.

I'm not a big fan of the womens division, but out of sheer shallowness, I'd say that Trish Stratus and Stacey Keibler are hot.

On a happier note. WWE is releasing a 3 DVD set for the one and only Ric Flair!

Word has it there will be

Ric Flair vs. ... (shown in their entirety)

1. Harley Race Starrcade (11/24/83)

2. Dusty Rhodes Starrcade (11/28/85)

3. Barry Windham World Wide Wrestling (01/20/87)

4. Ricky Steamboat Clash of the Champions VI (04/02/89)

5. Ricky Steamboat WrestleWar (05/07/89)

6. Terry Funk I Quit Match Clash of the Champions IX (11/15/89)

7. Royal Rumble (01/19/92)

8. Sting Undisputed World Title Unification Clash of the Champions XXVII (06/23/94)

The DVD will also feature:

*Debut match with the WWWF vs. Pete Sanchez 3/1/76

*A day in the life of the Four Horsemen

*Flair'd match with Triple H from 5.19.03 Raw with a post-show tribute that has never-been-seen before on TV

Plus all the promos & controversies surrounding his greatest matches against Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, Barry Windham, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Terry Funk, Sting as well as his 1992 Royal Rumble victory.

BONUS: 6 hidden Easter eggs

I hope they have Dusty vs Flair in a cage. That match is one of my favorite matches of all time.

But isn't that weird? Saying his debut match was in 76 against Pete Sanchez. I had always thought his debut was in 72 against Chris Taylor. Can anyone confirm?

That Ric Flair DVD looks cool.  One thing that the WWF do well is their Video and DVD releases, I think.  I've only got one DVD, "Mick Foley: Hard Knocks & Cheap Pops" which has some good extras, three full matches including Mankind Vs. Shawn Michaels at "Mind Games", which Mick says is one of his best.

For a joke, a full Al Snow match is on there.  Vs. Big Boss Man, during that ridiculous feud over Al Snow's dog. Remember that?

Al Snow and BB Man's feud was one of the greatest in wrestling history, that dog was precious!

...pfttt, hahaha I agree Melllvar, that was pretty crazy. I'd love to get that dvd sometime, but, Big Boss Man always seemed to get some wacky feuds sometimes.  Like the Big Show's, (casket riding, anyone) and Undertaker, (most boring Hell in a cell, ever, and you can't make that boring)

It's 3 DVDs long. You'd think they could fit more matches on there! Why the hell cant they? And can anyone confirm if (Flair vs Dusty Rhodes Starrcade) is the steel cage match?

If it was Starrcade '85, then I'm not sure.  I'm sure that some of the site would say if it was in a cage.

Here's the card I found for Starrcade '85

Yeah, I agree, 3 DVD's and you'd expect lots more on it.  However, there might be a "main feature" and the matches make up some of the extras.  I have the old WCW Superstar Series videos on Flair.

Damn, its not it. BUT the match I was talking about might be on the new "Blood Bath DVD: Wrestling's Most Incredible Steel Cage Matches"

*EDIT* Totally Confirmed to be on "Blood Bath DVD: Wrestling's Most Incredible Steel Cage Matches"

*NWA World champion Ric Flair vs. Dusty Rhodes (Rhodes wins title, from Great American Bash, 21:01, 7/26/86)

I'm glad that WWE seems to have stoped ignoring all the WCW/NWA footage they got when they bought WCW. Just look at the NWO dvd, the first 15 minutes of the documentry on it is about the 4 years that the NWO was in WCW and the next 30 is about the 4 months they where in WWE.

You mean this.

A couple of quick searches suggests it wasn't the Starrcade '85, but another NWA match in '86 (and a rare victory for Rhodes, I understand).

EDIT: That link has the Flair DVD (rumoured) matches.

EDIT#2: Coop's edit makes this post redundant.  Apart from the link.

I remember the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania arcade games.

The games I like(d) were WCW Mayhem and WWF Smackdown - Just Bring It (which I still have for my PS2).  WCW/NWO Revenge and WWF Wrestlemania 2000 I used to have on N64, and both were pretty good.

WWF Attitude I hated, because the actual moves were so damned hard to execute.  Which is why I liked WCW Mayhem better.

Coop how's the blood in it, it look good....?

Well, it doesn't splatter and drip or anything(it only does that when you hit), not that detailed. Its like the blood in No Mercy, but better looking you know?

But other than that its pretty sweet. When you do Sweet Chin music to the weak opponent, the blood will SHOOT out, its cool. It doesn't stain the ring or anything like I hoped it would.

Elimination chamber...oh my god, this is the sweet nectar of this game! The season is awesome and the backstage areas have gotten much better, but the EC is the real show I think. Its so fun doing the EC with your friends, the suspense is all there right up until the end.

PS: Oldschool Taker looks so cool.

How about Storylines?  How is it for that?

Much better. The season mode is 1 year long and is full of involving and fun stories that will make you want to keep playing.

I myself already got the milktruck scene with Scott Steiner, lol. And theres a Shaw Micheals entrance(that one where he comes down from the wire) and its funny seeing Brock Lesner do it!

You wont regret buying the game, really. But its really just an update of SYM.

As long as the blood is better than it was in Attitude....I never played No Mercy....

Sounds awesome, at least there's blood, it's better than nothing at all....

Can't wait....!!
Tell me everything Coop, what about chair shots, much the same....?
Can you fall through the cell onto a table....?

Can you throw opponents off the cell onto a table....?  :evillaugh:  :evillaugh:

chair shots are alot more viscious looking. It looks more real this time around.

You can't have tables in the hell in a cell. There are the announce tables as usual but I don't think you can toss them onto it.

That annoying fish flop has been taken out which is good.
