It's not out here yet, but I think that's from Down With Love. Because i've seen some pictures of one of the sets that looks like that (an article reccomended going to see the film for nothing else but), and the girl in the picture looks kinda like Renee Zellweger.

EDIT: In case anyone was wondering, the book it's based on is "All I Need To Know About Filmmaking I Learned From The Toxic Avenger" by Troma co-founder (and Terror Firmer director and star) Lloyd Kaufman.
