I will personnaly blow up ITV if celebrity X-Factor gets higher ratings than Dr Who. Ooh yeah, lets watch a bunch of washed up celbs sing 'I believe I can fly!' Instead of quality programming.

Agreed.

I just watched the Christmas episode. Yeah, I know I'm late but it wasn't half good. I loved the radio controlled christmas tree.

Oh my god!!! ITV sucks anyway!

I watched an hour long of Doctor Who Confidential with some scenes from series 2. I am really excited about it. I am so going to be looking forward to the first episode New Earth

Those shots of David Tennant talking to the camera look really familiar ... except it can't be from an episode because he's only been in one. Yet I know I've seen them before. Is it from an episode of Confidential or something?

Radio times had a big 16 page issue. Didn't think it be that big. Basicly, the writers of the episode summerise the episode.
For example:

Quote
From RadioTimes:
Love and Monsters
Writer:Russell T Davis, Guest stars:Peter Kay, Marv Warren, Shirley Henderson
"Its very different. Funny in places, but not just a comedy script.I was a judge of Blue Peter's design a monster cop, and the winner was brilliant. Touches people, absorbs them and face appears on body-terrifing"

I read stuff about the new series, and guess where they're going?

New New York

isn't that name copyrighted to a certain sci fi cartoon?

Pfft I fancied David Tennant long before everyone else jumped on the bandwagon.

HE'S MINE! GET YOUR OWN!

I was actually reading an interview with Russell T Davies the other day, and he was talking about the possibility of a female Doctor.

I think it might upset too many people though - me for one, I'm enjoying the way the series is going with Christopher Ecclestone followed by David Tennant  :D

More attractive men please!

That episode was meh. 3/5 i'd give it. didnt have much of a story. Though it made me laugh. They're ceratinly playing the Rose doctor romance thing a bit more this year.

Luckily for it, they said it was New,new,new,new...new,new york. When he said New new York, first thing in my head was Futurama. Episode was ok, funny here and there, Boe disapointed me. I don't like having to continue like that. Rating: 7/10

It's was a not bad episode but i've seen better. It wasn't a good story-line and it wasn't nail-biting as previous episodes.

Rating:6/10

Next weeks looks great!

Oh my god I really did enjoy the episode so much! David was really hot when he gets all wet in the elevator and he was even hotter with wet hair when he cured the patients.

Billie and David acted out fantastically when they play Cassandra. They were also very funny too. Oh god it going to take a long time to wait for next week’s episode to come on.

BBC Three at 7. I agree that they acted well, funny how they tried to do the accent. Wonder what Zoe (Original Cassandra) thought of it?

They always had guns built into them, it was part of the plan to attack Earth. The Nestenes have an affinity with plastic, they can detach part of their consciousness and place it within anything made of plastic, to be awakened when the time is right and attack. Kind of like a closet Morbo.

I think that it was a better start than series 1's Rose. It was better watching the second time. And I also think the series will mature as it goes on like the last one.

I thought this episode was a promising start to the new series. I liked the cat people and the whole bit with Cassandra going into their bodies. There were some sad bits (the people being experimented on) but also some good humour (can't remember what, but I know there was).

And New New York! Woo!!

I caught the last half of Dr Who, I was surprised that David Tennant was decent as The Doctor, the accent is very Tommy Steele though.
