I have to go for the Starfuries. The most realistically designed starfighter of the lot, plus they look the biz.

On one of the B5 commentaries, JMS said that NASA actually asked to use the StarFury model as a future design for their space fighters because they were the best designed for use in space. The StarFuries have always looked more practical and still manage to look cool. Even if they are CGI (but even so, B5 was the first show to use CGI. StarFuries were the first! ) Space: Above and Beyond was pretty cool. When it first came out I wasn't that impressed with it but I should have stuck with it longer. The Hammerheads looked great too. And don't forget Aeryn Sun's Prowler.

WingCommander (yes.. the crap movie) Excuse me, but what about the classic line of computer games? They had some mad cool starfighters. ::Sympathy vote::

"Greetings, Starfighter! You have been recruited by the Star League to defend the frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada!" I *heart* Gunstars. Originally posted by Lurrr: And just think, if that one Gunstar could defeat the whole fleet just think what that whole squadron could do... Don't forget, it did have Death Blossom.
