Metal Gear sounds like it might make a good movie, but the game (as stated by others earlier) was a great cinematical experience in itself...  House of the Dead comes out Friday, that looks halfway interesting...  But I picked other as in DOOM... How could Doom NOT make for a great movie?  Demons, one guy blasting demons, a martian moon base with demons being blasted, a cyberdemon that the guy has to blast...  As a sidenote Doom3 sounds like it's gonna be pretty cool.
