Easter eggs those somtimes sweet, most times rotten, little nuggets hidden on our DVDs. Have you found one we might not know of? Or do you have a question about if your favorite DVD has one, or how to find them?
With luck the good people on the PEEL can help.
Let the hunt begin.  :)

The best Easter Egg I know of is in the u2 Elevation 2001 Live in Boston DVD. The full song of Until The End Of The World in Bono-cam, which was a camera on his glasses. Good stuff. All other easter eggs I have come across suck though.

all i can say is that since the mtv spoof of the council of elrond was an easter egg in the extended dvd of fellowship, the f-word spewing gollum from this year's movie awards BETTER damn well be on the extended Two Towers DVD...

EDIT:
got some sites too:

At least you got that spoof on the Fellowship DVD, R2 ones didn't get it.
I hope they don't screw us again for TTT.

I like this bloopers reel from star wars episode 2

Insert disc one into your player and select the 'Options' menu.

On the options screen carry out the following:

Press the button on your remote marked '10+' then press '1' on your remote. There should be a slight pause. Next press '3' on your remote. Again, there will be a slight pause. Next press '8' on your remote.

If all has gone according to plan, you should see the DVD production credits...but wait, before you start saying "Oh no! Not another one of those lame DVD Credits Easter Eggs..." you will actually see some really funny bloopers interspersed with the credits.

I realise that some people might not have number pads on their DVD remote controls (e.g. PS2 owners), but I assure you, this Easter Egg DOES work.

You failed to mention that it's different for R2 DVD's.

"Guards! Seize him!!"
...
"Guards??........ Uh oh."

I tried it on mine but it never worked.  :(

www.dvdeastereggs.com  is usually a good place for eggs but I really enjoy reading the posts. It's true that R1 DVDs and R2 DVDs often have different Eggs hidden in them sometimes one region will have better eggs than the other. Which annoys me.
