Yeah, 'Beekeeper 2' in Lisa's Rival, the one who talks so overdramatically ... doesn't really work written down, but I only noticed how funny he was recently.

i like the episode that had Sara Gilbert play Bart's new next door neighbor that he gets a crush on. then when she starts to make out with Jimbo Jones, Bart prank calls Moe's tavern & tells him his identity is Jimbo Jones. Moe grabs a knife and says Perfect! dull & rusty. then he leaves Barney in charge of the store...

I think that it was Homer who walks in after Bart gets the Chili peppers out of the bar who is the person who gets his wallet.

Then he wakes up and he's hanging on for dear life to the bed. 

Or when he wakes up from another dream where he was eating something, then he realises it was the pillow and goes "Blah!"

Homer's brain: Oh my god!! He is coming on to me!!!

Burns: After all, negotiations make for strange bedfellows.

(Burns chuckles and winks at Homer)

Homer's brain: AAIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Homer: Sorry, Mr Burns, but I don't go in for these backdoor shenanigans. Sure I'm flattered, maybe even a little curious, but the answer is no!
