I could realistically see Towelie becoming evil and forming a plot to get everyone in town high.

Also, they need to bring Memphesto back. We haven't seen him in ages. The last one I can remember seeing him in was the NAMBLA episode from season 4.

Yes, i'd love to see both Towelie and Memphesto back, but mostly Towelie. He was hilarious in all of his episodes, and i cant remember him in any past the one when the kids are picking the "new kenny"

P/S He should have won!

I've still yet to see 805, although I've just seen Up The Down Steroid and The Passion Of The Jew. I liked Up The Down Steroid, it's probably the best Jimmy-based episode there is, even if Cartman's plot was what made it good. Lots of laughs, and just a funny episode.

As for 804... I appear to be the only one on this board who didn't like the episode. The whole episode just seemed really pointless. They didn't really need to make this episode, it's like they just did it for the hell of it to get ratings. Easily the worst Season 8 episode so far. People went out-of-character too many times, and I can only recall laughing once, and I don't even remember what it was at... sorry to anyone who likes this episode, but I just couldn't get into this. Maybe it'll get better the more I watch it. Also, I haven't actually SEEN The Passion, so that might also be why I didn't like this episode that much. Still, every season has it's not-so-good episode, so if this is the only one, I'm glad it's out of the way.

Oh well, hopefully I'll see 805 very soon!

I'd say that 803 was the not-so-good episode this season. I still don't think it was very funny at all. But whatever, to each his own. 805 was a very funny episode, the best one so far. One thing I'd like to comment on, is that it's nice to see the kids being more like kids now. Them just playing with trucks and remote controlled cars is good to see, to remind us who they are, since they've gotten into a lot of things the last couple of years.

Yes, I was thinking the other day that seeing them do things like play Star Trek and Lord of the Rings and with little remote cars is extraordinarily charming. It's easy to forget how young they're supposed to be, and while I certainly wouldn't expect children who've been through so much to be naive, a bit of childish fun once in a while really helps their characters..

Wednesday night: I'unno... somehow, seeing little kids horrifically killed lost its charm around the fiftieth time Kenny died.

The rest of the episode was okay, but the ending just made me feel like beating Matt and Trey into a coma.

The ending wasn't too unexpected, but it still made me laugh.  The real laugher for me was the Butters flashback.

The only episode I've seen of this season are weapons, the passion and steroid, what's 805...?

805 is "You Got F'ed Up the A" where Stan has to arrange a dance troupe to take on a challenge by some OC kids.

BUMP
New episode!
Episode 80?: AWESOM-O
Cartman hatches his next genius plan for picking on Butters when he becomes "AWESOM-O." In this week's episode, Cartman dresses up like a robot, calls himself "AWESOM-O," and moves in with Butters. His plan is to learn all of Butter's innermost secrets and then use them against him. While Butters is thrilled to have found a new best friend, the Army believes "AWESOM-O" is some new secret weapon, and Hollywood is after the phony robot to develop their next big blockbuster.

Yeah, I trust the South Park Scriptorium - I've been visiting for over a year now, and they've never been wrong before.

Also, they updated their info. AWESOM-O is episode 802, and have included a picture too:

Sounds like a great episode, although let's hope it's not too similar to that Simpsons episode where Homer dresses up as a robot for Bart...

Cartman sure wouldn't be pretending to be a robot so Butters likes him....  ;)
It looks like a good episode. I like robots.   :)

Okay, I've learned this tonight.  Don't eat chocolate carmel corn while watching South Park.  Ever.  Especially when Butters and/or Cartman stars in the episode.

...I concur, evan... somewhat. I liked Lemmiwinks, but Cartman and Butters are better... the episodes are always great when centered on them. Matt and Trey's favorite characters, right?

Did anybody else notice that the military HQ looked just like the War Room from Dr. Strangelove? Or is that in a lot of episodes and I just don't watch enough South Park?

I thought the episode was very good, I couldn't stop laughing when he kept on suggesting all those Adam Sandler films. Whenever he said "lame" or "not cool" it was very funny too.

Okay.. :"Pleasure Bot" bit- Hilarious. Suppository- Wonderful. "Laaaame."- Made me laugh.
[A note- Awesome-O = 'Asimo', a bipedal commercially built robot.]
Whole episode, though: Substandard. I'd much rather have seen more Lemmiwinks.
On that note: If this were really a 'prank', they probably wouldn't have shown CMs for the AWESOME-O episode before it started. That has me believing that they really did 'pull' the Lemmiwinks episode, that there really is one and they really did choose not to show it. So.. "Tragic Events in Hawaii" - True? [Unlikely] Excuse? Prank? Your call.

It was alright. It's amazing how these Cartman plots always get way out of hand(like the Ben and J. Lo story). And they seem to have a thing where the last line of the episode is always the best: "Wow kid, you're a little faggot!" Gold.

New Episode:

Episode 807:The Jeffersons
All the children of South Park are attracted to “Mr. Jefferson”, his son and their home filled with games, toys and animals. Cartman goes out of his way to get “Mr. Jefferson” to love him while the local police force resent him for being black and wealthy and decide bring him down.
----------------------------

Sounds good, but I hope they take it in a different direction, rather than ending it the way the rest of the Cartman centric episodes have been ended lately. I just personally think the whole Cartman gets shit on/beat up/sent to juvie/etc. at the end of the episode, is starting to wear a bit thin from being used so much the last few seasons. Just my opinion, I'm still looking forward to this one; I was waiting for them to poke fun at the whole Micheal Jackson situation.

It says on http://www.southparkstudios.com  that there was no horrible tragedy in Hawaii. It's so harlarious when Matt and Trey say stuff like that, and scare the crap out of so many internet fans, that a retraction has to be posted on the official website.

That looks very interesting indeed, sure it will be quite good.

I just started watching my season 1 episodes again and hadn't remembered how funny some of them were. Thos little Matt and Trey intros can be quite funny and after just watching 'Tom's Rhinoplasty' I thought it was very funny.

Heheh, figures it was a prank. I expect no less. Season 1 was really wonderful, and seeing Mr. Garisson's 'handsome face' always makes me laugh.
This new episode.. Wow. That has to be[ aside from the moustache of course ^^] the most frighteningly accurate caricature on South Park. And that picture just scares me.

I think the main problem with the first season was that the characters all moved and talked very slow, and you could tell it was just to buy time. The second season was far superior, but apparently Trey doesn't think so, as in the mini-commentaries of season 3, he suggests everyone throw out their second season DVDs.

Ever notice that Cartman was pretty much always the main character of the series, but now instead of having a plot revolve around him and the boys, it just revolves around him? I miss the days when Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny all did stuff as a group.

i thought the "Weapons" episode was awesome.  I loved it when Kenny threw a chinese star in Butter's eye, and they tried to dress him up like a dog to take him to the vet.

I also was looking foreward to them picking fun at Michael Jackson, so iI can't wait for them to show this episode.

I missed the beginning of the robot episode, why was Cartman living with Butters?

Maybe that Lemiwinks episode was a joke, like the Cartman's father episode.
