Well I'll answer my own question. It turns out Dark Horse comics will be printing  both the manga's of Trigun and Hellsing. Trigun will be released in November.
All I can say is yay.

Just saw two more series, Yahoo I am watching new anime again! (not just the newest episodes of Inu Yasha)

Haibane Renmei, a nice quiet series done by the guys that did Lain. It involves a group of angel like people who are living in a small town. It has its moments and the animation is nice.
pic from the manga

Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai, Gainax's newest series... Like a more blaitent version of Excel saga with the main characters jumping between different dimentions, can be extreamly funny... can be annoying. Has some great moments. Each episode is completly different. The only problem is the animation can get low... but it sort of works with them emulating genres but it can look really bad.

Our Heros

Ending a fight need to get a better pic from the series

I love all of Rumiko Takahasi's works, but most especially love Ranma1/2 and Uresei Yatsura(Obnoxious Aliens), two of the funniest animes ever.  Big screen, pretty much anything Miyazaki puts out, though Crimson Pig is still my favorite so far, w/Spirited Away close behind

That's a pretty good catch.  Be kinda neat if they somehow referenced that in one of their movie satires ala Starboy.

Maybe one of the creators was an Anime fan? Yeah Maybe Itll be a sort of cameo like in a halloween episode he puts on those boots and wears that Red uniform.

P.s. 002 is my favorite! I made a kind sort of Avy  of 002 (not a GIF)

Musca, how are you getting Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai? It sounds like a good series, but I can't find any torrent sites that mention anything about it. Does the series have an alternate name?

It is also known as Magical Shopping District Abenobashi, I used Direct Connect to find the fansubs.

Just finished the series it got very interesting at the end. I recomend it, just for episode 12 alone. If I get some time I will post more pics in the anime pic post.

I'm about 6 episodes into "The Big O." (which I'm borrowing from a friend of a friend.) I was attracted to it because it was apparently by the same company that did "Cowboy Bebop," and, hey, you can't go wrong with those credentials.

So far, it's a little slow and silly. I know, for die-hard Evangelion fan to say this, but I think the mecha battles are kinda silly. The neo-noir detective stories are pretty decent. At least the atmosphere is moody enough. The visuals are perfect, too. A mix of 1930s noir and futuristic mecha.

And, of course, they still haven't gotten to highlighting my favorite character yet. R. Dorothy Wainwright is so much more interesting than the Bruce Wayne clone of Roger Smith.

Big O is OK, the story of the series is much better then the mech battles. The creators had a bunch of ideas and threw them together in one series. Early on it shows, as the series progresses the battles get much better and are more apropriate to the plot.

I also like the idea of Season 2, Cartoon Network sponsered the next season of Big O to air on Adult Swim. I found this to be a very cool thing. I am wondering what the ratings are, hopefully they will do this more often with other unfinished series.

Maybe to some other unfinished series, about a delievery boy frozen for 1000 years and unthawed in the future...(hey, a man can dream, can't he?)

Back to "The Big O," I'm about 10 episodes into it, and I fully agree with Musca's comments about it. Personally, I think the story would be much tighter if they ditched the "we must have a mecha battle at the end of every episode" train of thought. It's just superflouous that so many people can create so many mecha and no one notices.

Unlike, say, "Evangelion," where the government funds mecha, and sometimes things just go wrong (power going out, pilots missing/not wanting to fight, etc...)

And the "Cowboy Bebop" ghost haunts this show, too. It's hard to top Bebop, but it would be easier if they didn't use the same voice cast. Roger, Angel, and R. Dorothy all use actors that worked on Bebop.

Did Shinchiro Wantabe direct this, as well? I saw a "Wantabe" in the credits, but it was under some other title.

Thanks, Musca. I couldn't find it with Bittorent. Abenobashi is already licensed by ADV, and usually when an anime gets licenced, fansubbers take the links off the pages (which is why it was hard as hell to find Wolf's Rain ep. 23).

Speaking of the guy who did Spike's voice, I'm sure he was the voice of the
main character on Tokyo Revelation.

Dragonball Z would have to be my favorite series right now. I was very upset when CN took it off the air, however if they hadn't I wouldn't have been reintroduced to Futurama, so kudos to them.

For movies it would have to be AKIRA, METROPOLIS, and VAMPIRE HUNTER D.
