I really need to know this for a friend. If you don't know, please refer me to the most popular Simpsons forum you know so I can ask there, I just don't know where that is. Also you don't have to tell me the exact title or production number of the episode if you do know, but if you could just explain it that'd help.

It's the one where Lisa is the Bad Babysitter.  Don't know the title though.

Best scene:

Smithers is standing in Dr. Nick's waiting room while everyone else is sitting, Lisa asks can we go ahead of you and he replies, I'd really like to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

yes it is episode 4F13: My Sister My Sitter from season 8 orginally aired on 3/2/97
