It will keep going until a series flops. This series doesn't look like flopping, so yes there will be a BB5 unfortunately.
One of the problems is it goes on for so long. It only seems like 6 months ago we were hearing about BB3.

I actually prefer the celebrity version because then at least we know who the people are. Everyone's so terribly nice on the celebrity one though! Also since they're doing it for the money = less back stabbing. That mightn't be such a good thing for the viewers, vulturous bastages.

Apparently in Australian BB3 someone is leaving tonight because they want to get out.

Not confirmed or anything, my sister just told me, and she seemed pretty certain.

I recall a comment on the radio, somebody reckoned this show would go on until one of the contestants commits suicide, given the hatred shown towards some contestants it is only a matter of time before somebody can't deal with it when they come out and discover what the country thinks of them.

I have heard of a reality TV show which actually sounds quite good - American idol / pop idol (depending on where you live) with russian convicts. The winner gets released from jail as this shows

Don't give Hypno Toad any credit, I'm sick of him saying that threads are Off Topic, even though they are in the Off Topic board.

On a related matter, I want to pitch a new reality TV series to, well, any network. It'll be called "Racial Boundaries." It'll be like the Real World or Big Brother, but will pair the most racially incompatible people in the world, like a KKK member having to share a room with an outspoken African American woman. It'll be pretty cool.

I watched a few episodes of that show waaaay back in the day when it was the new hot thing--and man did it piss me off. If I wanted to watch a bunch of people that were the exact stereotype of everything I hate be annoying for an hour I'd go to a Blink 182 concert. Who wants to watch a bunch of pretentious morons bitch for hours on end? I wish I COULD get on that show just so I could go around telling people to shut their moronic traps and kick them in the shins all the time. "Duh, you're racist!" SHIN KICK. "I don't think you respect my feelings!" SHUT THE HELL UP! BITCH SLAP! "I think we should team up against so and so!" I'm gonna team up against your testicles! Whack! Oh wait--is that just on survivor?

God--I don't think anything MORE repulsive has ever been on television. Watching Big Brother is like living in my own private hell.
